I know PL's and BB's tend to look down on cross fit but you do have to admire the serious competitors, I lift 6 days a week but can't keep up with my cousin that does cross fit 4 days.

I think their overall level of fitness is beyond that of most BB's and PL's

Again I am referring to the serious ones not the random people jumping onto it as a fad trying to lose weight

I'm thinking that is because those guys heavily work on the cardiovascular system, and increasing endurance in general. Like comparing a sprinter to a marathon runner.

Bodybuilder is for looks, powerlifting for strength. powerbuilding for both, is my cup of tea. A serious BB or PL could easily catch up to these guys if they tweaked their programs a bit.

I would love to log this but could not start for about 4 week. You should not have any trouble finding good loggers for this. it is a great supplement !

It should not really effect either of those, if anything it may help prevent the dehydration coming with clen causing cramps.

It is really beneficial in any dietary scenario

What I've found/seen is I can eat carbs way more often and in large amounts without much spillover and what does spillover is just water and it drops very quick.

I believe I could be an asset to logging your product, not only do I consistently log throughout the week, I update with pictures and give honest feedback. I love to explore new innovative research products that can potentially break new ground in my training regiment.

I go to the gym 4-6 times a week, always in the afternoon before work, so I believe this product could benefit me by jump starting my day and getting my going on the right foot. I'm currently bulking on an Epi cycle, however once I finish (2 weeks, probably by the time it arrives) I will be looking to cut up and get that summer beach body ready. I currently take l-carnitine daily as a staple supplement to help shed fat, so with the help of Ergonine and its additional ingridents, I believe I can make some drastic visual changes. Also, the fact that this product isn't a heavy stimulant, it won't overdue my energy factor when preparing for work after the gym.

I'm really excited to branch out and log your product, hoping to hear back and have the honor of working your product into my routine.

200-600 grams a day and I'm just ripping threw them and looking SWOLE.
The PUMP gets insane too.
Even doing Airdyne HIIT has my legs FULL of blood and recovery is QUICK.

I recently finished a successful recomp. I got my bench max up to 330. I'm age 33, 5'11'', 186 lbs, sitting around 11-12% bf. As of this moment, I've been off all supplements for almost 2 weeks including caffeine. I took that first week completely off. This week I just lifted 3x. On Monday, I'm going to start a 6 week cut trying to follow Jim Stoppani's Short to Shred to a T. I was only planning on taking Top Secret Ab Igniter, CL Orange Triad, CLA, fish oil, and some protein powder on the cut. Ergonine would be a great all-in-one supplement to help keep my strength during my cut. The plan has me lifting 6x a week. I work from home, so I wouldn't have a problem logging 4x a week. so jelly! I'm much smaller than you but even on the lower end id be happy. how many cals per day you aiming for?
I'm now ranging from 208-220lbs depending on the carbs
I pretty much just eat and have only been making sure I get enough protein and everything else can fall where it wants.

You are lucky! When you are a Fatty like me (an old fatty) I have to watch everything !

I'm a fatty too...
Use to tip the scales at over 330lbs.

Carbs are my nemesis and after a few weeks with them around daily I usually have to remove them from my diet.

haha the gf came in to town a day early and I was running a class so I've been busy ha. Made her go with me for legs today tho hahaha. She said she hadn't squatted in. Year. That ended today. I believe it was driven who famously said of girls "if you don't make them skinny, they'll make you fat". I'm all business

I would love to try this product to see how well it helps my strength and performance in the gym! I train 5-6 days a week, weigh in at 167lb. Plan on getting to 187lb before I cut. Sitting at around 11-12% bf, and leaner in some areas. Only problem is, I live outside the states.. Australia here :34:

I'm ready!
Just started cutting last week so that's the dieting style I'm working with atm. I'm going pretty slow though so that I can attempt to keep as much muscle as possible and limit cardio until absolutely nec ;) I've been working out for around 8 yrs at this point but only seriously started dieting and tracking lifts within the last 4-5 years. I track my main lifts and then the rest I go more by feel but certainly focus on a strong pump and busting my ass. I do 2on 1 off and split my lifts by the major I start with: squats(legs), ohp(shoulder and bis), off, deads(back), bench(chest and tris).

I'm currently taking regular creatine mono and bcaas (when fasted) but otherwise just usually a pre workout of high volume which I'm about to run out of so I could try E9 in a variety of scenarios (pre workout-am fasted, pwo-am, pre pm fed, post pm, pre bed, etc).

I've run quite few logs here but I'll have to go get some links. I like details and conversation so there will be no shortage of info through the log which will mostly be daily updates as I spend a good deal of time chatting you bros up.

I'd be more than happy to give this stuff a whirl.

Currently 6 wks out from a pl meet on March, 28th; my training has been predominantly based around the Cube method for the last 8-9 months. I'm an enhanced athlete that's been off cycle for about 3 months and I intend to stay off for this competition and beat my drugged numbers from the previous meet (and I'm definitely on track to do just that). I'll be in the Raw (belt, knee sleeves & wrist wraps only) Men's Open 220lb class. Chasing a 500lb squat without knee wraps.

Ergonine sounds like a perfect fit for my goals at the moment (get stronger and promote a more solid body composition around this weight) and Nanaberry sounds yummy :)
