I'd go for Ashwa myself. I really like it. A bulk 5% powder would be nice. Stronger if you can find it.

GEE is good stuff IMO. It does seem to help with recovery moreso than regular glutamine at high doses. Used pre and post WO it does seem to cut down on the DOMS quite a bit. Used in conjunction with GABA or PGH, it's golden.

I have not tried to cut with it yet, so I don't know how it stacks up there.

Sabinsa has a good 2.5% extract. I bought a kilo about 4 months ago so I'm good on ash but while you're at it I'd quickly purchase some bacopa they have at a 50% extract.

as noted above, 5% is the standard. its been awhile since it has been available so maybe there are better extracts
