I will be logging the new AP and BC-EAA flavors and will be pairing it with my beloved ASGT (revamp that taste too please). Make it as yummy as it performs and WOW!!!!

How then does the ASGT (Creatine) work with the AP and give the desired synergy? I have heard ASGT approx 45 minutes pre and AP immediatly before with BD-EAAs intra. I want the most out of this run. I have a fresh tub of ASGT to run and will be taking it every day as opposed to on work out days only. My assumption is that the AP should be work out days only and not of days?
Any clarifications and guidance to help maximize this run would be appreciated.
