It's basically 6-8 reps at maximal weight, rest 30 seconds, as many reps as possible, rest 30 seconds, as many reps as possible..Please xplain triple rest pause my friend
I was getting that for awhile... It may have something to do with circulation to be honest...Question guys.. Now that I'm getting rather larger.. my legs get these pseudo-cramps all the fuuucking time.. I squat down, cramp, I stretch, cramp.. It's odd. These aren't full on cramps, just the beginnings of them.. Not sure what to think about it. I don't really think it's due to dehydration, but possibly due to the huuuge amount of growth and muscle gain over the past 3-4 months.
Anyways, any thoughts?

But if it helps, it did go away after awhile. I was noticing in my hands mostly, sometimes lower legs. Makes sense if you think about it. Body needs to get used to pumping blood to larger muscles.
