Overall, content with the strength and the endurance. Kinda sad to say that my SS is starting to run out as I have been dosing at 4 pills prior to larger carb meals. The 4 per is a definite sweet spot

Time was running out, so called it here. Had real nice strength. The one thing I have noticed more than anything out of thi run is that the pump has been quite impressive and last for a while after workout.

What do you do for cardio?Morning cardio is in...looking at back and legs today. Woke up with a bad stiff neck. Which friggin drives me crazy. Should be ok to go today, will start slower than normal to see how it progresses
