I feel u. I'm up 4 but I eat like crazy. No visible fat gain. I'm at 254 right nowBeen up as high as 210 and as low as 207. It really has been diet dependent.

What happened that almost sent you to the hospital?YES!!!!!! Amazing workout today. Hit a # on deads that is phenomenal for me and I will explain why. At the beginning of March 2011 I hit 495lbs on deads and seemed to have a mental block at 500. However, at the end of the month, I suffered a life threatening injury that to this day, no one has been able to explain how it occurred. I found out later, that had I waited a few more hours before going to the hospital I was a dead man. After several days in the hospital, I was told never to lift heavy again, and to alter all my workouts. Fast forward 15 months. My bodyweight is about the same at 208lbs, and....
Deads: 490lbs 1 rep :woohoo: 500lbs is right around the corner
I did alter my leg workout prior to this to make it more of a stretch/warm up session. I didnt go higher than 185lbs, but it was explosive deep reps
After deads were completed, here is the rest of the workout
BTN chins 5 sets 8 per
Meadow rows 5 sets 2 25's sets of 9
I was absolutely thrilled and exhausted. The plan is to make the attempt at 495-500 next saturday if my body cooperates.
