Wow.....thank you. I was actually signing in to apologize for no update today. I actually just got home from work since 6am. It was graduation day.

Finally back :woohoo: what a crazy couple of days. Graduation last night and final day with my faculty today. Nice quiet day by myself tomorrow.

Back squats
12 sets true below parallel with 225

Box squats at 16" 10 sets stayed at 225 different stance and foot width

Thursday
Incline bp (8 sets) 3 sets @ 225lbs 8-12 reps :woohoo:
Incline flys (5 sets) 70lbs sets of 8
Incline db BP (5 sets) 70lbs

Awesome workout and considering how late I was up, I was surprised with my energy. It was my last MM workout :(

I have a little bit left of fat smack XR, and 1 day left of organ shield.

Had a nice little shoulder workout this am, and will have a short day at work, so might do a little extra this afternoon too

30 minutes treadmill warmup

Seated press 3 sets at 205lbs 2 sets 3 reps 1 set 2 reps
BB Shrugs sets @ 405lbs 8 reps per
Arnold presses 5 sets @ 75 lbs

Thinking about hitting a little more cardio when I get home this afternoon

YES!!!!!! Amazing workout today. Hit a # on deads that is phenomenal for me and I will explain why. At the beginning of March 2011 I hit 495lbs on deads and seemed to have a mental block at 500. However, at the end of the month, I suffered a life threatening injury that to this day, no one has been able to explain how it occurred. I found out later, that had I waited a few more hours before going to the hospital I was a dead man. After several days in the hospital, I was told never to lift heavy again, and to alter all my workouts. Fast forward 15 months. My bodyweight is about the same at 208lbs, and....

Deads: 490lbs 1 rep :woohoo: 500lbs is right around the corner

I did alter my leg workout prior to this to make it more of a stretch/warm up session. I didnt go higher than 185lbs, but it was explosive deep reps

After deads were completed, here is the rest of the workout

BTN chins 5 sets 8 per
Meadow rows 5 sets 2 25's sets of 9

I was absolutely thrilled and exhausted. The plan is to make the attempt at 495-500 next saturday if my body cooperates.

I couldnt be happier.

Decent workout, ran out of steam a bit, didnt do an extra treadmill session before the lift which I think was what caused the issue

Flat BP (5 sets) 315 for 2
Push Press (5 sets) 295lbs 2 reps
Incline db press (5 sets) 75lbs sets of 12
Incline bp (4 sets) 2 sets @ 225lbs 1 12 reps 1 8 reps

triceps
jm press 5 sets 225 for 5 superset with the next exercise
2 arm db ext 5 sets 75lbs 12 reps

Have had a good couple of workouts the last 2 days. I will update with more details once the dpol/recycle arrives

Additionally, here are my final thoughts on the others that I ran

Organ Shield
good profile, cant go wrong here. Obviously this is not something that you can specifically say is "working" however, it is a solid staple to add

Muscle Marinade
Love this!!! One of my top 2-3 pre's. Sad to hear it is leaving. I will take all your extras Purus :) Great endurance and pump. Focus is solid as well

Fat Smack
Effective....but is a killer to me. I do not think I could run this again, as it became increasingly difficult for me even with food.

Slin Shot
Excellent, also now at a great price at NP :) At 4 per each large carb meal....awesome pump. Very effective, and the effects to me were just as pronounced as original recompadrol and need2. I will say this was far more effective than AP in my response to it
