that is quite true. might cut it down to 2 per day (1am, 1 mid afternoon)

Had a nice chest/tri workout today
Flat BP 340lbs 1 rep 2 sets at 315 for 2 and 3 reps
Incline BP 1 sets @ 275 for 4
Incline flys/db press superset (4 sets)
Floor press (4 sets) 275lbs 2 reps

Tris:
JM Press (6 sets) 225lbs sets @ 5
French press (5 sets) z-bar with 35's and 5 on each side sets of 8

Had a lot of energy and a hell of a pump. Still not ready for 350lbs :( but making my way slowly

Got my normal am cardio and ab work in. Non-lift day today. Normal dosing of all except for MM, as I do not use on non lift days

thanks man. the one thing I am noticing is my joints are a bit stiff. I am going to assume it is the estro control in Recycle. I am surprised however, since I take OT/Cissus on a regular basis.

Not a big deal, and it most certainly will not stop me from progressing :)

Changed up the daily order a little bit. Moved legs to Wednesday and decided to hit back/bis this am as a way to separate upper body workouts.

Back:
Good mornings 5X5 205
BB Rows 5X5 185-205
Chins 5 sets

Bi's
Glass Hammers (5 sets) 55lbs per
1arm preacher (4 sets) 50lbs per 8 reps

got a decent pump and the muscular hardness is still quite noticeable.

I will say, I am having an issue with the FSXR and major stomach discomfort. I have changed to taking it will milk, which is helping. However the burn and then 1 hour later the runs are killing me :(

Outside of that...overall the Purus line is a great help to my workouts. I absolutely love MM....awesome, all inclusive formula that mixes well and tastes great.

Have u tried the FS XR w/yogurt?

Leg/Calf Day

Well...I didnt have yogurt, but I did have to use a full glass of milk. There are some drawbacks to that, specifically being lactose intolerant, but the burn was not as distracting

Legs:
Box squats (12 sets) worked in singles, doubles and tribles up to 275

Calves:
Standing bb raises (12 sets) followed each set of box squats with bb raises (awesome calf pump)
1 leg box raises (5 sets) sets of 8

Pump was great, and vascularity is very noticeable. So far, the purus line is really treating me well. I will get a good indication this weekend when I have the ability to go alittle heavier than I do during the week.

Hit chest and tris this am. Had really good strength and on top of that my body weight has stayed consistent. I weighed in at 209

Chest
Incline BP 5X5 @ 255 (good pump)
Incline DB press and flys superset (5 sets) 65lbs

Tris
JM Press 5x5 @ 245 :woohoo:
Close grip (5 sets) went up to sets at 225lbs for 4

Strength was really solid, which is something that has been slowly on the increase. Pump was good. Even with the increased bodyweight my vascularity has been good.

Let me start off by saying that this was not a typical workout. I, unfortunately went to sleep way to late. I had a night committment at work, and then by the time I got home, my daughter had thrown up all over the house. (she "partied" too hard at the end of school party)

So after an hour + of cleaning puke, I finally went to bed.

35 minutes of treadmill warmup

Shoulders and traps
BTN Press (8 sets) 145 for 5 reps...joints were very stiff and it took quite a while to warm up
Seated press 5X5 165-185
Seated DB Press (4 sets) 75lbs sets of 8

DB Shrugs (7 sets) 75lbs sets of 15

Unfortunately, my db's only go up to 75lbs, so I have to make due ;)

Overall, even with no energy, it seemed to be decent.

I will give a mid-way review later today

no alcohol, at least not at 9. :) Just alot of candy, cake, and all that suggery sh!t. It was friggin everywhere, all I did was clean puke. Was glad to see there were some vegetables though ;)

Mid Log Review:
Muscle Marinade: I absolutely love this stuff. It mixes easy, taste (cherry limeade) is not one I have gotten tired of at all, and the effects are quite pronounced. As with all pre w/o, be aware of water amount as too much does dissipate the effects I have found. This is not a pre w/o that gives you a crazy buzz, however, the energy is great as is the muscular endurance. Also, there are few out there that match the profile of what you get.

D-Pol & Recycle: I put these two together as I would like to run them without the others in the future. Recycles AI traits are a lot more powerful than I have thought. Joints are a bit creaky, but overall my weight and strength are up slightly, which for a natty run, is a good thing

Organ Shield
: Not too much to say here. Nothing obviously that can be noticed about this, but this one (or something similar) should be a staple for everyone

Slin Shot: Started out quite strong and has slowed a bit. My biggest issue is that this is something that needs to be dosed at greater levels, which of course will end the bottle much quicker and thus make it not as cost effective. It is still solid, but it seems to build a tolerance quickly. I would be interested to see larger bottles made available to truly get a 1 month run. At the end of the log, I will write up a comparison between this and the many others of this genre that I have tried.

Fat Smack XR: This is the only one of this run that I would most likely not use again. The stomach discomfort and bathroom urgency are a struggle, specifically when you are really getting into your workout. Even with food/drink/snack whatever, it only gets slightly better. I have a fairly high tolerance for pain (I have had kidney stones before) and while this is not at that level by any means, it is a noticeable distraction.

Nice update. I agree that SLINshot needs to be dosed higher sometimes as well. I often use 4 caps @ a time. :lol:

Since I got my bottle of FS XR, I tried it with some peaches today & no issues. Yeah but I know how much of a pain that gut burn can be.

Box squats- lowered the box to 12" and stayed at 275lbs It is amazing how the 4" drop makes a huge difference

Suspended push ups off of blast straps 4 sets of 8

French press (5 sets) if the cambered bar is 20lbs 115lbs total sets of 7
JM Press 5X5 205lbs

The pump again is very solid, as is the the endurance. Body weight is back down to normal as I am walking at about 207lbs. Hard to believe only about 10-12 days left on this. I have to say, recycle has been a pleasant surprise, more so than DPol, as I truly wonder if DAA is overly effective for me. However, knowing how I respond to supps and the signs of certain supps, the AI properties are very strong in recycle. I will be using that again.

7 days a week, usually 35-45 minutes on the treadmill at the highest incline. Typically a rapid walk. The incline is awesome for extra calorie burning, especially in a fasted state.

Couldnt get to update yesterday, as we were having a relaxing fathers day. Here is how the day went

35 minutes treadmill

Chest:
Flat bp (7 sets) 2 sets at 315 for 2 & 3 1 set @ 335
Push press (5 sets) 305lbs easy 1 :)
Incline BP (6 sets) 2 sets at 225 hit 12 reps :woohoo:

Tris- did this later in the day
JM Press (5 sets) 255lbs 4 reps
CG BP (5 sets) 285lbs 2 reps
2 arm db ext (5 super sets) 75lbs/55lbs

This morning
45 minutes treadmill and typical ab work

Awesome day overall, strength was solid but not outstanding. Pump is noticeable but not painful and vascularity is also quite prevalent.
Log is starting to wind down a bit as recycle ends today :(
Log will be over by the weekend

altered my back workout a bit, threw in some behind the back shrugs to change a few things.

By the end, my grip was shot to hell, but I wanted to test out the behind the back shrugs with a back day

Also, look like the last of organ shield is done friday, and by that point I will have one day of DPol left. Sadly, everything will be done by Saturday, which is when I will post a final review.
