For sure - F@ck that scale!!! I only use it as a reference point - learning how my body reacts to different foods, how I hold water, etc.As long as the mirror is showing good results, screw the scale to be honest. I go off what I see in the mirror and how the pants fit.
I'm stoked to see the leaning & not actually lose weight & strength. If I can keep this up, I'll be happy.
In the very near future I'll be hopping on my first try with 5/3/1 - got an exciting next couple of months ahead!
