What did I do this week.. Monday it was chest, tuesday it was back, wednesday cardio, thursday was rest day, and today I'm doing legs in a couple of hours.
Eating has not been stellar but that I'm trying to experiment to see if Intermittent fasting would work for me. It would make life a lot easier if I only ate 2-3 times a day instead of 6, but I am not sure if I can adhere to it. I'll be playing around with the idea for a few more days and see if I like it.
Haven't been using leviathan still for the last week or so, I was going to add it back in today, but seeing I have a chance to enter the comp, then maybe I should hold off it for another week since I will be using it for the whole 8 weeks then.
In Body comp terms, I think I am maintaining (or if you like stalling
) in progress. Workout volume is down as is cardio, , and I felt very weak with my carbs only coming from a few pieces of green and a strawberry or two. So I'll keep the routine the same for now, and see if the added carbs/cals will help boost performance a little bit, and then get on with the contest for a summer bod!
