Anyway.. brother's b'day today.. I ate so much I feel sick. Everything was waay to sweet, and way to oily. I am not used to it at all.

i like the seeds in the okra sometimes i dont eat it alot i just had 1 today and it made me think about it again. yeah im in Hawaii. Im with you, I really cant stand sweets and oily food only makes me feel nasty.

Finally decided it was time to quit my job today. It was a hard decision.

I couldn't ask for much better.. it is less than 5mins walk away.. I can wake up at a quarter to 9 and get there on time, and even if I'm late they are cool. I don't do very much, hence my ability to post (aka right now).. I get to work as many or as few days as I want. I can even hang out there if I ever get kicked out from home.

But I stopped learning and felt it was definitely time to move on. I should be graduating by the end of next year... But the big bad corporate world is scary and I am not sure I am ready yet

Copyright? Hehe nice one, actually I'm studying this in Intellectual Property Law.. copyright is a right which automatically subsists in an original work for an entire 70 years, which means there is no need to apply for it it as such :).

However, the good news for you is that you won't be in breach of copyright laws if you take my ideas, so long as the way in which you express it differs.

BUT, if you cut/paste/print and onsell my food plans to your girlfriends be prepared for me to sue your socks off!!! :nutkick:

Actually I don't have a new job yet. If I follow the trends of my fellow class mates, I will most likely become a corporate lawyer.. or work 50000 hours a week but get paid a nice salary. However, that is not really me, though money is always good, I would much rather accept a smaller salary and have more time to myself, as well as actually enjoy the job that I will be doing... I was thinking of moving down to our capital city and work for the government in the health department... but I don't know I'm so confused :( anyhoooooooooooooooooooooo

Hey peeps!! I missed yesterday's diet post but there was a pretty big cheat in there since it was my brother's birthday dinner :/ We ate a lot and I did not feel very hungry this morning, so it was hard to get back into the diet.. well without further ado,

Here's the crux of yesterday's foods:

Tuesday 31st July

Workout - legs & bis


Food:

Meal 1:
5oz kanga
1 cup chinese cabbage
couple of strawberries
10 walnuts

Meal 2:
Same as 1

Meal 3:
6oz chicken breast

Meal 4:
1.5 scoop wpi

Meal 5 ==> Cheat, I have no idea how many calories.. but there were noodles, pork, fruit and other sickeningly sweet stuff.. got a bit of a tummy ache so I don't think I'll be doing that again anytime soon!

Totals:::: 100000000cals or thereabouts, I have no clue.

Wednesday 1st August

Today was an off day. My first meal was at 9am and I literally had to force it down.. here's how it went;

Meal 1: 9am
1/2 can tuna
10 walnuts

Meal 2: 11.30
1/2 can tuna
10 almonds

Meal 3: 1.30pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 can tuna
2oz chicken
1/2 avocado
1 stick celery
1 sesa

Meal 4: 6pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1 sc muscle milk
5 walnuts
2 sesa

Meal 5: 8pm
1 cup xtend bcaa green tea jelly

Totals 1595cal 78f 43c 183p (13fib :( )

Ate pretty haphazardly today, I can think up a thousand excuses, but meh, I am solely resposible for everything I do. Tomorrow I will be a little more prepared, as well as get in some veggies (they were severely lacking today, also due to my lack of appetite). And it is way too early for me to slip up already! I refuse :mad: Gotta plan more. 6 meals a day can be a little bit of a b*tch, especially if you slept in in the morning! :p

* 25min elliptical - post workout - random intervals, up to 16.

bok choy.....yummm. reminds me of a soup my mom used to make with it.

i dont want to clog your log up but man that fish oil thing has to suck big time! I would hate that, the burps are bad enough.

How is the leviathan going?

My body seems to be getting used to the lower carbs. As for the leviathan, I am taking some time off that for the moment, I'll get back on it next week, but I think it is a good idea to go stim-less for a few days. I did get a headache though, and I've been getting some pretty bad stummy pains from bloated time of the month.. going a bit easier on the cardio, so perhaps that is another reason for my strength getting back on the increase.. today was chest::

25lb'ers dbs.. I should be able to hit the 30s next time

* db incline 10,12,9

* cable flyes 3x15@55
* closegrip bench 3x15@45
* dippers 3x15
* abs - crunches/leg raises 4x10-20

oh I made this crazy tasting butter today...
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
sesathin
chocomine
choc flavouring

blend blend blend.. add some sesathin until it gets to a nice consistency... omg..tastes like nutella, but better... not sure how much sesa I used.. maybe a tablespoon or so. It was damn good with cottage cheese, I'd imagine it'd be nice with some rye crackers or just about anything, even on its own!

What did I do this week.. Monday it was chest, tuesday it was back, wednesday cardio, thursday was rest day, and today I'm doing legs in a couple of hours.


Eating has not been stellar but that I'm trying to experiment to see if Intermittent fasting would work for me. It would make life a lot easier if I only ate 2-3 times a day instead of 6, but I am not sure if I can adhere to it. I'll be playing around with the idea for a few more days and see if I like it.

Haven't been using leviathan still for the last week or so, I was going to add it back in today, but seeing I have a chance to enter the comp, then maybe I should hold off it for another week since I will be using it for the whole 8 weeks then.

In Body comp terms, I think I am maintaining (or if you like stalling :mad: ) in progress. Workout volume is down as is cardio, , and I felt very weak with my carbs only coming from a few pieces of green and a strawberry or two. So I'll keep the routine the same for now, and see if the added carbs/cals will help boost performance a little bit, and then get on with the contest for a summer bod!

Eating so infrequently will put your body into starvation/storage mode. It's just telling your body to store fat.

Yeah, having low + high days is ok, but even the low days should stay over 1000 cal

so I think my calves are not developed equally, I don't know if one is underdeveloped but for some reason to me they just don't look the same.. I can only notice it when I'm on my toes, but it is annoying!! :mad: What the hell do I do???? :confused: Maybe I've been walking with emphasis on one side all the time, or one leg is just super non-responsive to the same calve raises :(

Are you focusing on using them both equally when you lift? How often do you train them? I wouldn't worry about it, if it isn't in your head (can't really tell from those), it should balance out long run as long as your form is fine.

I don't do that much calf work at all.. mostly like 4 sets a week. Other than that a lot of stepping and jumping stuff. Next time I do them I'll check to see if I'm putting more emphasis on one or the other, or do one leg at a time.


Hmm..it can be a sexy ball if you want, don't get any ideas! :lol:
