After my latest run with 1 & 4 DHEA it is time to do PCT, and hopefully continue making gains

5’11, 184.6lbs (AM per last day of Andros)
Physique flick (don’t mind the hair )
THE STACK:
ICONIC Sustain Alpha — 3 pumps / day (will adjust if needed)
BLR Rebirth — 1 cap / day (based off reviews 1 cap should be enough, will also adjust if needed)
Ghost SIZE — 1 serving daily (yielding 200mg epicatechin along with creatine betaine and other goods)
Soy Lecithins — 1 tbsp pre-wo (yielding 1500mg phosphatidic acid) prob will increase to 1 tbsp pre and post
Along with staple vitamins and such. Also waiting on Seismic Surge preworkout to arrive until then have C4 Ultimate
Looking for a good run. Starting lifts on exercises I’m focusing on strength are:
Bench: 290x4 (5RM attemp)
Seal Row: 65x6x3
Strict Curl: 75x5x3
Very bro-ish. I know. Dealing with nursing a disc issue and the joyful fun of COVID has my training options down to a “do what ya can” kind of setup. I don’t squat or regularly deadlift. My leg days had been primarily focus around LOTS of hack squats and barbell back extensions which was really blowing up my legs. Now with home gym and a small church gym (only “public” gym in my area I can really use) I don’t have access to much.
So my goal has been to focus on benching and strict curling in hopes to compete and look at a state record

D4: LEGS
