If you walk away, do it with class. Make a handstand and use your 19 inch arms to walk.sorry, but at my age, i can't be getting into silly arguments. if i feel negativity i walk away, life is too short for negativity
ok, because i'm humble in spirit. now i must confess there was a time when my arms were 20'' but i had more body fat then, now i'm leaner. but all this is vanity and a striving after the windIf you walk away, do it with class. Make a handstand and use your 19 inch arms to walk.
Have you ever tried how far you can throw the bible with 20" arms?ok, because i'm humble in spirit. now i must confess there was a time when my arms were 20'' but i had more body fat then, now i'm leaner. but all this is vanity and a striving after the wind
bye hairygrandpaOkay, now I'm really out. Others are starting to think I hate literature.
Over and out.
Thank you brother! I'm on a bulk cycle so they are getting bigger/thicker!Solid bicep. Hard to tell overall size with the lighting/shadows on the triceps though.
Hey man, we want to help you.all said and done, what matters in life is not 19'' arms, but your attitude with it, do you feel filled with pride and egotistical or are you still humble in spirit? do you use your physical strength to bully others and intimidate others? do you beat people up to satisfy your ego? or at you meek at heart? only you can answer these questions, and we will be judged one day, this is why is important to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior
no i'm natty, i stay away from steroidsHey man, we want to help you.
Why don't you ask questions about BBing ot post a log or something lol.
Gonna cycle at all?
Dude this is like when you and me had that whole argument lolDid you not read my hint man?
Truth be told, you have no clue.truth be told, it's NOT about genetics, it's about hard work and smart training, genetics play a role but there's more to it
you are offending me with your harsh words.Truth be told, you have no clue.
Genetics play a HUGE role in building muscle.
But you seem to know it all yes?
You have an attitude brother. You keep stating "at my age"...
What age would that be.
I've told you a million times we want to help. Stop being defensive!
It is written "hairygrandpa doesn't give a crap" the book of life, page one.beware, for it is written ''God will not be mocked'', read Revelation 20:15 (lake of fire)
It's very difficult to read the original Bible these days as it's been changed so many times over the years so that people can use it to influence power.and who made you the boss of me? when was the last time you read your bible?
you do care, and marvel at these things. It is written "hairygrandpa doesn't give a crap" the book of life, page one.
"marvel" "thor" I see what you did there, very clever.you do care, and marvel at these things.
what matters in life is ''love'' and ''light''"marvel" "thor" I see what you did there, very clever.
What matters in life is different for everyone. There are believers and non believers. The difference between us is that you are forcing your views on others where as I'm willing to live and let live. Who's the better person? I don't tell you you shouldn't accept jesus christ just because that's my belief yet you tell others that they need to. That is arrogant, narrow minded and at the very least just plain rude.what matters in life is ''love'' and ''light''
Genetics play a HUGE role, brother. Of course, proper diet and training are absolutely mandatory for maximizing one's potential muscle gains, but it is one's genetics that will determine how far training and diet will bring them. there are many people in the world who eat and train consistently and intelligently yet looks half as good as some guys who have never even lifted a weight. This may be somewhat of an extreme example, but these situations absolutely do occur. I have seen some black men who don't even lift weights who carry more muscle, and are leaner than some white guys who have been eating and training fir 5 years. In fact, the comparison isn't even close. In turn, I have seen some northern Europeans who have more strength, without even ever having touched a weight, than some other men who train their entire lives. there have been guys who have lied down to bench press for their first time and put up 400 lbs, just like there are men who can train for 20 years and never bench 400 lbs, despite giving it their all.truth be told, it's NOT about genetics, it's about hard work and smart training, genetics play a role but there's more to it
i can help you gain arm sizeHaha hahaha... I'm not that lucky. Just measured them and they are 14.8 inches cold but flexed.
i tried to read it all but it's too much reading, shorter comments are betterGenetics play a HUGE role, brother. I've seen both examples in my life.
Genetics are massively important when it comes to the acquisition of muscle size and strength...because they determine one's ultimate potential. Fortunately, most people fall somewhere in the middle of the genetic spectrum, but there are those individuals who end up on the outskirts of genetic capability, both in terms of giftedness and ineptitude. This means that the average person (the one who falls somewhere in the middle of the genetic spectrum) can usually make excellent progress when he consistently applies himself to his training and diet. As a result, these people can and often do end up surpassing a more gifted, but lazy individual with puts in comparatively little effort. However, when we're dealing with the gifted--the genetic freaks in their respective categories--even a mediocre degree of effort is usually sufficient to take these people beyond the more dedicated, yet genetically average individuals. Unfortunately, no amount of hard training and dedicated eating is going to compensate for poor genetic ability when someone is up against a genetic freak.
The genetically gifted are often the ones who end up competing at the highest levels of their respective sports and when it comes to the greats--those men who are considered to be among the very best at what they do--they are almost always extremely genetically gifted. Their genetic make-up is uniquely suited to excel at their particular sport. Just look at the top WSM competitors. If any light-framed, 5'6 guy with average starting strength thinks he is going to one day give the top WSM guys a run for their money, he is either extremely ignorant or delusional. Excellent bodybuilding genetics may be a little harder to peg at first, but in time those with the best genetics begin to show themselves for who they are, as they continue growing when others stop and/or their excellent shape and lines begin to manifest more and more clearly as their development accelerates.
Genetics always plays a massive role in determining one's ultimate potential. They make us who we are, and while few people have the toughness of will or even the intellect to fully harness their full genetic ability, it does not change the fact that our DNA is responsible for determining our physical limits. Now, we could sit here and talk about the role of genetics in the establishment of will, passion, intelligence, etc...and the role these factors play in one's ability to maximize their physical genetic potential, but the fact remains that when all other variables are equal, our physical genetics will ultimately determine who is the best and who is not.
i'm not ''forcing'' my beliefs on anyone, i have however freedom of speech. if i tell you the Bible talks about a ''lake of fire'', you might get mad all you want, but does that change the fact? What matters in life is different for everyone. Sorry for derailing the thread again guys I am late back to the party and started random comments without thinking.
My biceps are rubbish I'm guessing 15 inches if I'm lucky however I have a very slim frame so I think proportion wise they don't look too bad.
You wanna see a lake of fire. Go to south Louisiana. We have had that many of timesi'm not ''forcing'' my beliefs on anyone, i have however freedom of speech. if i tell you the Bible talks about a ''lake of fire'', you might get mad all you want, but does that change the fact?
that's scaryYou wanna see a lake of fire. Go to south Louisiana. We have had that many of times
Blame BP.that's scary
So the admins are letting you stay?i can help you gain arm size
Nothing wrong with quoting the bible. Telling others to "beware" because of what it says is where you become presumptuous. Telling someone that "I BELIEVE that the path to enlightenment is through Jesus Christ" is completely different from saying "the path to enlightenment IS through Jesus Christ". You have freedom of speech but if you go around telling overweight people they HAVE to exercise, or telling vegetarians they HAVE to eat meat, or telling people they HAVE to accept Jesus Christ is forcing your opinions on someone else. Adolf Hitler used to do that.i'm not ''forcing'' my beliefs on anyone, i have however freedom of speech. if i tell you the Bible talks about a ''lake of fire'', you might get mad all you want, but does that change the fact?
Hey Jesus, can you clear this up?This thread is ridiculous lol
Lmao well for one he would say ol'ironhands doesnt have 19" armsHey Jesus, can you clear this up?
You tried? In saying you "tried" do you actually mean "I started reading, but my limited number of brain cells made concentrating for longer than 15 seconds difficult, so I was forced to abort before incurring brain damage?". That kind of try?i tried to read it all but it's too much reading, shorter comments are better
The formerYou tried? In saying you "tried" do you actually mean "I started reading, but my limited number of brain cells made concentrating for longer than 15 seconds difficult, so I was forced to abort before incurring brain damage?". That kind of try?
Or, do you mean "I decided not too read it because I am too lazy to do so?"
Also, aren’t we supposed to believe in Jesus out of love, not fear? If we decide to accept Jesus out of fear of going to Hell, one could argue that it is not sincere. Brother Laurence once said that he would serve God even if there was no reward for it. Also, one has to realize that their religious texts are only true to people who believe them. So for a Christian to say “the Bible says” to a Hindu would mean as much as if a Hindu said “the Gita says” to a Christian, that is they probably won’t listen to it. Back to the original topic, I’ve never seen someone take an interest in Christianity by being told they’re going to Hell, but I have seen people take an interest by being told the teachings of Jesus and by people helping those in need; that is by their actions, not just their words. If you can’t show that you’d faith helped you, why should anyone expect it to help them?Nothing wrong with quoting the bible. It doesn’t change the fact that you believe it, but matters of faith are, by definition, not provable. You can believe it, but it’s based on faith, not facts. Members of other religions all have their own belief in the afterlife too.i'm not ''forcing'' my beliefs on anyone, i have however freedom of speech. if i tell you the Bible talks about a ''lake of fire'', you might get mad all you want, but does that change the fact?

Why don’t you share a photo of yourself to prove you are indeed 6 percent bodyfat with 19 inch arms completely natural? Those are impossible measurements considering your bf and height to achieve naturally so please post a photo. Do a biceps shot at leastno i'm natty, i stay away from steroids
I actually do "give a crap". I read almost all religious scriptures to form my opinion about it. Now I can tell with confidence, that none of them makes your biceps bigger. It is written "hairygrandpa doesn't give a crap" the book of life, page one.
What if it's a really heavy book and you have no desk or seat?I actually do "give a crap". I read almost all religious scriptures to form my opinion about it. Now I can tell with confidence, that none of them makes your biceps bigger.
They all are heavy -but to make the biceps grow, I would prefer stone tablets. What if it's a really heavy book and you have no desk or seat?
I bought a fancy Bible that has cool pictures in it (by Gustavo Dore; the same person who's famous for illustrating Dante's Inferno). I think it's pretty cool, and it's a beautiful book (on sale for I think $10-15 too). They all are heavy -but to make the biceps grow, I would prefer stone tablets.
I would recommend lifting the bible -but not reading it, as it causes fatigue to the CNS.
You mean like a comic book? Well, it makes sense to me! :mischievous:I bought a fancy Bible that has cool pictures in it (by Gustavo Dore; the same person who's famous for illustrating Dante's Inferno). I think it's pretty cool, and it's a beautiful book (on sale for I think $10-15 too).
