Sometimes it happened ... diarrhea.
But finally intact with 4-5 L of water.
I have a feeling in the mirror that I do not really like ... dry but flat too ... bah! strange.

It's also subjective and highly influenced - is there an actual way to measure "full muscles"? I doubt the actual difference can even be differentiated on a tape measure. Could it be SubQ water retention? Has your Sodium/Potassium changed (AKA did you eat en entire pizza)?

Never heard this issue yet with Forskolina.
Me either. Although it effects everyone differently but i haven't heard this. My guess is it's diet related.

There's two things that usually help; 1) try taking with food 2) time. Usually a week or so and this subsides for most (especially if you're using a higher % extract like forslean)

At least you know that you got "real" Coleus Forskohlii - that's a side effect: increased water and motility in the gastric tract :D You can try taking smaller, but more doses - but you'd have to check the studies. Extract %'age doesn't matter: 20% of 250mg is the same (actually a smidge more) as 98% of 50mg. As long as it's "legit", maybe look for some 10% caps so you can go less, more often?

After meals will usually help but as the others mentioned usually your body will get used to the ingredient with continued use. Took a little less than a week for my body (insides) to get used to forskolin and I've had no issue since. Please let us know if anything changes for you sir.
