Hey danes what about puritans pride? It states that 1680 mg per serving of phosphatidycholine, 95% soy phosphatides. Fearn and optima is not available in my country. So thats the only soy lecithin i can find.
I think all soy lecithin products are somewhere between 8-12% PA
so i believe thats great:)

my next stack...

PA+Follidrone+amentomax....heck yeah!

on ArA and amentomax right now and my weight has gone up 6 pounds in 4 weeks so far with no visual change in body fat...maybe even a little leaner....lifts have also increased. Excited to see what epi/PA can do. After that I'm getting on epistane to trim down for summer (lol kind of fat right now.... 6'0 225 at around 22%)
You should run PA+Amentomax+ABE

Thanks danes, it it ok if i mix it with my breakfast oats or quinoa. Rather than taking 1hour prior to wrkout? Coz i got 1bottle left of og king, il dose my king preworkout :)

You can mix it with what you want but you really should take it prior your workout for best results.

KING has 750mg PA so it will not hurt you if you take 2 tablespoons of SL with KING prior workout :)

Im actually quite fond of both, but I respond particularly well to arachidonic acid. For me, no other supplement directly impacts my weight and muscle fullness as much as ArA. Ive been using X-Factor since I was 18 at a couple cycles each year, it was the first supplement I used where I felt I got my money worth as the gains were so apparent within the first few weeks of usage.

6 pounds in 4 weeks and no visual change in body fat is amazing gains so far IMO!

I do love ArA myself. And AmentoMax is amazing in itself for all the benefits one ingredient can give you.

Which would you guys prefer? I've used x gels, only one bottle and I'm kicking myself cause the last few workouts is when I really started feeling its benefits. Which would you guys prefer for an 8 week run?
PA because I feel that it puts on size better with a very modest boost to strength over time. It also doesn't need to be cycled which is the main reason I like it better.

I do think running ArA once a year or so is beneficial and should be done though if you do heavy and frequent training, mainly to restore your ArA levels.

Totally picking some PA up...$11 (Fearn) at VS for 60 TBS, plus I see it helps as fat emulsifier...might compliment X-Gels quite well...

Some people are taking only on workout days but i mean its great to take it every day. Not only for mTOR activation but health benefits from other phospholipids :)
would it work even better on only workout days if it was loaded first? Maybe 1-2 weeks of everyday?

Yes and you get other phospholipids which are beneficial :)

I mean 750mg PA was ok.. nothing to brag of..
1.5g was good and i liked it
2 and 3g MUCH better:)
I have been talking with Dr Wilson (one of DR who ran PA study ) and i asked him about toxicy and is it better to dose it high as 3g compared to 750mg. I also asked him about soy lecithin compared to concentrated PA products and he wrote:

-To be honest based on our cell culture data I think it would work better (3g vs 750mg)

-Thats awesome. Yes thats the same as PA, its just lower concentration per gram, but who cares its cheaper and has other important phospholipids (soy lecithin vs contentrated PA. Remember Soy Lecithin PA was used in the study. And why they used concentrated phospholipids? To find out which one increased mTOR )

-Yes its fine, no negative sides from heavy tox studies (since soy lecithin has choline and other phospholipids i asked him is it ok to take high dosages of soy lecithin)


So the thing is,
Buy Fearn or Optima Soy lecithin.
4 Tablespoons =2.4g PA and thats good start dosage. No reason to run below that dosage. Its cheap and it WORKS!

-better pumps
-muscle fullness
-strength (not many supps that helped me on this but PA really did it)
-size (gaining weight without eating more due to glycogen retention)
-appetite increase

Almost all of guys who run high PA dosage love it and i bet you guys who havent tried it will like it
how much product of Fearn will give me 3gr of PA?? 15GR??

Do some math lol.

15 gram of Lecithin granules contains 1.2 grams of PA. So 30 grams of Lecithin granules contains 2.4 grams of PA.

You would need about 38 grams or 4.5 tbsp of lecithin granules to get 3 grams of PA.

Thanks my friend, the thing is I saw the profile but no info for PA, PA stands for phosphatic acid right?

I'm referring to the brand Fearn Lecithin Granules so you know.

You're already taking an emulsifier like GMS with your ARA right?

Well, Lecithin just happens to be a great emulsifier, and have a lot of phosphatidic acid in it, and be really cheap.

Take it everyday :) simple as it can be and no need to take break from PA

No,
It does not need to be loaded
But like i said,take it every day , and even if PA is not activating mTOR without physical stimulus, dont forget the benefits from other phospholipids you are getting from Soy Lecithin

I've not read thru all the threads pertaining to PA, just yet...taken preWO, does this show any acute effects or take a couple-few weeks for it to kick in to notice anything?

You will most likely gain a few pounds, diet unchanged, in the first few weeks. Muscle fullness is pretty profound as well. Increased hunger is highly likely, for me it subsided after about s week or so. Strength gains are something that I've noticed over an extended amount of time because it is quite modest in that regard.

Sounds good, thanks! I just ran out to VS and grabbed a couple cans of the Fearn brand...Was excited to see the VS brand, but it didn't list what, if any, amount of PA it had in it...blah

Yeah i didnt see much more strength gain than normal when i ran pa for 8weeks, but muscle fullness was good (and incredible at double dose)

Snap! That's no good :(...hopefully you'll get a reply to that...would be interested in knowing...did you order the 3lb tub of it for $29?

Also, saw this post, fyi:

Deeb had some posts where he said soy lecithin is minimum 7% PA so a tablespoon of any brand has a good sized dose

How much PA buddy?
'only' 1500mg when i doubled up, but i only took this amount for a couple of days (maybe not long enough to see any anomalous strength increase, but long enough to experience kick arse fullness)

Buy soy lecithin and take 3g PA.
If your strength dont increase i will send u 100$ :D

how much PA do u take? I just ask because I'm curious as to the modest strength gains being from a lower amount of not

This was based on Micro-PA usage @ 750 mg per day (6 caps as per label).
