Lol word. Well I had a solid shoulders and arms session after work still doing a lot of face pulls and rear delt work to try and bring out as much definition as possible. I'm still looking full and my muscles are looking hard. When pumped vascularity is popping.plus competeting in strength contests at 220 against 280lb guys is a huge disadvantage, lol.

I had a good chest work out last night. My endurance is starting to get low but I am really happy with the fat loss weight this morning was at 194.

Can't see pics on my phone, I'll look tonight but thanks again for the review!Well after 30 days I have had a great cut. My strength has stayed solid my energy levels stayed solid and I didn't loose much muscle mass. DCP 2.0 and Vanillean came together and got me down to 195. The reparative properties started to come on around week two allowing me to work out 7 days a week with out feeling too run down. I would recommend this stack to anyone who is sensitive to stimulants or who wants to stay consistent with a diet and wants to see results. Thank you for Jim and the guys at BPS for allowing me this great opportunity to run a very effective set of products and helping me get ready for my show in two and a half weeks.
