Alright guys for those who dont know me or my background...pretty much I was always the fat kid growing up lol grew up in a house where everything was fried and alot of fast food was served. Been in the gym since on and off since I was 16-17 but always ate whatever I wanted and always looked like crap (imagine that) about a year ago I finally decided to try and eat better and get serious in the gym and then about 6 months ago I finally decided to get serious about my diet. Ive made some great progreas in the last 6 months going from 217 down to 193. And shed quite a bit of BF in the process. The plan is continue cutting/recomping for about the next 6-8 months with the end goal being somewhere in the 10-12% range (10% being ideal)
