Thanks man, yeah I'm with ya definitely gotta focus on that upper chest! I'm hopin so, with the way my strength has been increasing I'm pretty confident.

Hey Mav! any gyno symptoms? Also is it just me or do you feel the pump on the Formasurge is not accurate? I doing 2 pumps in morning and 2 pumps at night.

No gyno symptoms at all! What do you mean as far as accurate? I'm just doing 3 after my shower before bed.

Strength is continually increasing. Finished up with some ab work since I've been slacking on that. 3 sets straight planks and planks on each side.

Cycle Notes: So this past week I've been feeling really nauseous. I'm usually always hungry, regardless of current diet, so the fact that the nausea has killed my appetite is really noticeable to me. Regardless, I've been hitting my macros even when I have to force feed to keep the gains steady... Also this week I have noticed some bad lethargy. I just don't feel the urge to do much other than nap or sit on my @$$. It's been harder to get up and go to the gym, but once I'm in there and get going it's usually all good... Not sure of the exact cause of all this, but I remember from Tyga's log he had some similar problems. I started double dosing my cycle assist last evening so we'll see if that helps at all.

M-sten gave me heavy lethargy. Put me on my ass hard and pretty much ruined my cycle. Saying that, I was running it solo (last time I do that!) so your Trest should give you enough juice to push through it.

Thanks man! And crystal, which is what throws me off.
Ok up the tudca and try to increase your water intake.. Water is key for me if I don't drink a ton of water these things happen.. Also u could try Alcar it helps a lot with lethargy ;)

I upped my cycle support and added a gram of N-acetyl cysteine. That's odd you have lethargy since your on trest.. May need to bump the dose. When I was using derma (only at two pumps a day) I had no lethargy.

Never hurt to nap ;) lol

Yeah I'll never run a compound that causes lethargy solo, that must've sucked! Yeah I was thinking the same thing, I've been fine until this week though, so we'll see. Thanks Joey!

Okay man I'll pound the H2O even further. I don't have more tudca I'll have to get more which is why I've just doubled up my cycle assist.

Okay man, and yes I find it very odd and like I was telling Joey these effects didn't come into play until this week.. I don't mind a nap here and there, just don't wanna still feel like napping when I wake up lol.

So it's the end of week 3! As you guys know, I've been faced with a little adversity as of late. I got a great night's sleep last night and am feeling pretty good today, however. Had a good time this weekend. Got to see both the Wolverines and Tigers pull off victories live. All of the sides I was experiencing towards the middle of last week were gone, so that was nice. Multiple members of my family (whom I hadn't seen since the beginning of my cycle) made comments about how I'd "gotten thicker" and "put on weight" lol.. Anyways, can't believe it's week 4 already. Thanks guys! Rest def paid off, I love lifting and living this lifestyle more than anything, but gotta have a good balance since it's a marathon not a sprint and keep other things in your life... Where did you make pizzas at Caz? And Tyga no, i have a georgy but never burnt myself on it! Although today I did notice a small burn on my fingertip from my microwave oven lol. I'm just a wreck.

I used to work at a pizza place in NJ at night while I was in school back in the day. Most fun job ever!!

I've used chest/back supersets since my early days of training, and throw them in every now and then. Got the inspiration from Arnold actually, since alot of the things I found online had his programs set up that way.

I just press down on the head all the way down each time. I wouldn't over think it man I'm sure you're good. That's just my .02 if anyone else has any input...

Yesterday was shoulders+arms, didn't have time to get on and log. It was pretty similar format to the last time i did them to give you guys an idea. Today went in for legs, but the strength just wasn't there. Realized I needed a little more recovery time... so just hit up some HIIT cardio and abs.
