Hey guys, here is my next log starting today, 5/2/13. I will be running Anabeta and Erase Pro. I have had these two sitting in my stash bag for quite some time now, and i can not resist their temptations any longer. I may need a supplement anonymous class to go to, but not until this log is finished!!!

I am doing P/RR/S right now and am loving it! my goal is to lean bulk, even if some fat is shed in the process. not a bulk but not really a recomp. just 'get swole and forget the rest' kinda routine here. I am on my third week of P/RR/S so on monday, the process starts over. The only cardio I am doing is running my dog every night.
Supplements: Erase Pro, Anabeta, Creatine mono, whey protein, orange triad
Diet: between 3700-4000 cals. I limit sugar but keep carbs and protein high. Also eat a decent amount of fats throughout the day. I cut so easily that I can eat 3700 "clean" calories and still lose weight if my cardio is on point.
I will post my first training entry tonight. It will be a long one because I couldnt workout wednesday and cant workout friday so i will be doing a 2 - in - 1 day today. Chest, biceps, legs, shoulders. ugh...

side note: it feels like christmas opening up this bottle of anabeta. if I only had a GH booster my stack would be complete!
