Reached natural potential?

I'm wondering if I've reached my natural potential. I'm 190 at around 9-10% bf. never cycled. However, my total testosterone is 534 :/. Is it time to start using the cell tech to see any progression? I'm also only 22. It seems that even eating as clean as possible and researching many programs and utilizing several proven techniques, I cannot accrue even a slight amount of muscle, mostly just fat. I'm using norton's PHAT program right now. My 3 lifts are 325b/415s/505d. I've dedicated my life for the last 6 years it seems like, I know y'all can feel the frustration on this one! Any advice would be appreciated.

how tall are you?

you have very respectable lifts, id think youre plenty ready for a cycle. youve obviously proven your dedication to the sport so id say its time to start researching.

and if you want strength, get off phat. with numbers like that, look into 5/3/1 for strength training

I'm close to 5'10. I've done plenty research on
Cell tech just waiting on the right time since i respect the effects. Appreciate the advice homie. Are you using 5/3/1 as of now? And what's your favorites routine for pure size?

i almost exclusively train for strength because i like it. im doing madcows 5x5, but my lifts arnt as high as yours. 5/3/1 has a really slow progression and i thhink it would be perfect for you since youre already running big numbers

Hey brother I think you're doing great, you have respectable lifts and stats
but
I think you can get bigger and stronger naturally.
Or to answer your question more specifically, you probably haven't hit your genetic limit.

what are your goals, I see you're using phat.
What other training programs have you tried?
What are your macros?
Why don't you post a picture of your physique?

Thanks man! Ive usually done every body part once a week up until months ago. I realized I needed more volume or rather, more frequency. My macros are 400 carbs, 200 protein, 90 fat and I'm pretty good at getting close to it since I eat the same thing every single day. Y'all can feel my pain on that one haha. I'd say right now my goals are geared towards size. I began around 125 pounds my senior year of high school so I've definitely made ridiculous gains, but the stagnation for months or what seems like years now is shoddy. It seems any weight I put on is fat. I take the usual multi, protein, fish oil, pre workout, creatine. I'll see what I can do about a pic

I think you should up your protein and fat, but that's just me.

What I want you to do is not worry about getting fat for a while and get as strong as possible on your big three, stop the volume for a while, and eat a ridiculous amount of calories.

Focus on getting stronger and the size will come...

Once you start volume training again you'll blow up.

Trust me I did allot of the same stuff you did

I think 5/3/1 is a good program, also when you go back to volume my favorites are mountain dog and power rep range shock

Eat more. Juice isn't magic; you're going to have to increase cals anyway, so start by doing it naturally.

Eat, eat, eat.

At 22 years old I kinda doubt it. Especially reaching the natty 300/400/500 at your young age.
Next, if you want to keep in sliced BBing shape, it may be harder to add mass than just adding in calories and caring more about lift strength and not as much about carved abs but if you gain overall mass, you will add more strength and size most likely.
How long did it take you to reach the #415 squat and how many differing routines have you tried, to improve it after it has apparently stalled?
Also, the vast majority of people, if they improve the squat, so goes the deadlift. If BW is gained then, the body will be stronger all over and most likely will see a bump in pressing after going back and focusing on it again.
