Huge update today. First of all i forgot to mention that ive actually been taking 30mg of mk 677 the last 3-4 nights NOT 25mg. Also, ive noticed if i take the ostarine about 2-3 hrs before my workout i get an extreme pump. Also, no carb powder preworkout and instead of ignite 2 i took jack3d courtesy of shocktroop.

Had an awesome workout, very happy with it. Weights a steady 156-157, kcalories are still 2700. Ill sit there untill progress stops. Tomorrows and off day and sunday ill hit the wheels.

Side note* in all seriousness, a foam roller is the best investment ive made so far for lifting/bbing. The pumps recently and "mind muscle" connection have been nothing short of awesome.

I recently got a foam roller and Definetly notice a difference in recovery for my legs but didn't realize it had so much benefit. It cuts my soreness down by at least a day.

Ive been rolling out my lats every night (slight impingement in my right lat) but, i do roll out the muscle group im hitting the the next day. Tomorrow night ill roll out my legs and glutes for sundays leg sesh.

How are you doing your foam rolling?

Also really helpfull to lay parallel with the roller right down th middle of your back. Ill do that for about 20 min and really helps to relax the muscle

I do that too, keep my arms at 90° lol my arms dont come remotely close to touching the ground lol

So I just finished watching some more foam roller porn on YouTube! Picked up some good moves to try, ill be rolling my back out tomorrow before my lifts. Question can u roll a body part right before your lifts or is it too much?

Im sure you could. I do it the night before out of convienence. Literally after i roll out i have veins poppin all over the place.. good indication of solid blood flow.

If your going to roll out id get to the gym about 15-20mins early and foam roll for that time. Remember to "sit" on the parts that are tender until it "dissipates, dissolves or melts away" whatever you wanna call it lol lemme kno how your training session goes since you added it in!

With the gains you have seen with SARMS there may be no need for a PH or any other cycle. You seem to have it down it a science! ;)

I cant cross into the inject field.. biblically i cant. So i wont. But, i have seen great progress with sarms, so that may be a great option to stick with. Orals arent outta the question, as long as they stay legal.

I completely respect that I'm in the same boat how can i be a good father and role model to my two little kids if I have illegal substances in my house just can't do it.

Only "sides" ive noticed is back pumps, there pretty intense for 15-20 minutes. A little nut atrophy as well.. but ive been on 25mgs since october 15th or so. So suppression at this length, and dose would and should be expected. But, i have a plethora of tboosters and sucb to fix this problem :D

I know we have had this conversation and I really want to get it dialed in. I have a lot of options as far as PCT. the last 3 weeks of my cycle I was planning on throwing in either DAA or HCGenerate to get the testes going again. Then running one of the two for PCT and continue using Forma throughout.

I also have unleashed and Post Cycle that I could use for PCT, but I thought it might be over kill honestly. If i was running the S4 stacked with the Osta i could see it, but because its inly the Transaderm and Osta i figured it could be over the top. Thoughts?

Looks to me like you would be fine just running the DAA & HCGenerate, but Tyga would know best.. Hows your gyno doing???

Nothing has changed. Doesn't seem to have gotten any worse but I will keep a close eye.

Caz nailed it. IMO id start the daa the last week of your sarm cycle instead of the last three... personal preference. Daa and hcgenerate will work.

What is the longest you can run a SARM cycle? I thought 8 weeks on Osta was the standard but looks like you've been going for a bit now.

There's no real research to say. Most say 8 wks so you don't need a strong pct.

"8" weeks is the reccommended standard length, imo; because it's still relatively new in the bbing industry and long term usage of sarms hasnt been recorded

I agree there is no boiler plate PCT for anything, each individual person will respond differently to compounds. Without bloods you need to be in tune with you body and listen to what it's telling you.

Now bloods I would love to see. Do you have before as well?
Yeah I do. It was about 6 months ago but it should give me a good baseline. And at that point I was on no supps at all.

It's a done deal! If your levels are off is it typical for the Dr to prescribe what ever is recommended to balance you out or do they just wait to for body to do the work and schedule a follow up?

So I've been having a pretty good run as well, but I just started getting symptoms of Gyno. I have a bb size lump under my left nipple. Running transaderm and Osta with Erase and thought that would be good enough but apparently not.

Would Forma combat this as i have some on the way? If not what would you recommend so I can nip this in the bud fast. This is my 3rd week today.
I keep telling people that Erase is a weak AI but they would rather listen to PES hype. I have the same type of gyno under my right nipple. As long as I keep my estro low I can hardly find it. If I let it get to high, it swells and hurts. My gyno flares while using DAA and Erase. Low dose Formastane is the best IMO.

Erase didnt do jack for me when i used it, 3 caps ed spread out (75mg) and nadda. Formestane or 12.5mg aromasin eod

You can get it removed if you want i suppose. If it isnt noticeable, doesnt hurt and doesnt bother you then id just leave it be.

Quick question guys. Is it nessessary to take a shower when applying Forma, or can you still have similar effects when applying to dry skin?

Seems to me it would absorb either but I thought I would get your opinions.
