This question has never crossed my mind, and yet I've been lifting and having supplements for over a decade. A few days ago I was low on protien and stopped in to my local placebo store to scoop some up. Just wanted something small and cheap for a week or so.... So I got to looking at the different brands and noticed a trend among most of them. Cellucor especially. There claim per scoop is 30 grams protein, and 10 grams glutamine. However, the scoop serving is only a 36.4 gram weight. I'm not the smartest person, so I'm not sure if protein grams are weighed different than weight grams or not. If so it seems nothing ads up. That would be 40 total grams, not counting everything else that has to go into it, would ad up to way more than 36.4 total grams.

Any insight guys?

I enjoy the protein, especially the vanilla cream in orange juice tastes like Orange dream cicle. Price per serving is just way too high! Had good recovery but not much different from eating good meals.

Exactly. They over charge by too much. In many cases(looks at super HD and no3 ingredients) wayyyyy to much.

Pink lemonade and blue ras c4... Mmmmmmm... I always added beta al, cit mal, and muscle pharm creatine to it. P6 is one of the first things they will try pushing on you! Super hd is okay at best... Nutra actually had a great price on it but you spend like 40 or 50 bucks on it anywhere else, I saw better results with alpha t2 and for the price OEP beat it hands down. Also don't let them point you to wheyabolic 60... Unless its about to hit its shelf life and they have it for like 25 bucks

Looks like they're counting whatever glutamine and bcaas are naturally found in whey as it is.
