6/14 - 6/17
Synopsis:
Flew to Wisconsin on the evening of 6/14, was running around like chicken with head cut off, all that day. Arrived in Hayward WI,(way northern Wisconsin) 11:30pm Got a little... wink wink and slept for about 3 hours. Got up next day was was on the road In Jeep Pulling supersized U-haul trailer by 4:30 am, Drove 18hrs in one day. Could not really log food but stayed on low carb diet(carbed up day for flight so looked pumped and swole for the trip )
My gf is great, she had a whole cooler of meat cheese eggs and other low carb fare so I was able to keep to the diet. The second day we drove through West Virgina, which is really beautiful. Yeah, I hear all the derogatory comments but the scenery was amazing. Though it had to be watched why I was carefully braking to keep the Jeep and U-haul from careening off the road and over a cliff. Only a couple scares and no mishaps. Until we dropped off the trailer and I've somehow managed to f up my left forearm/bicep which is the arm that I had already torn the bicep off the bone 3 years ago, I can do reverse grip without pain but underhand hurts and that pisses me off!
This is the first time I've had to catch my breath since getting home. I haven't worked out since last Tuesday, wish I'd had time to take some of the carbed up pics, veins were like ropes. I am vascular anyway but that was freakish. Regular updat to follow. Sorry not detailed info for the last couple of days but not feasible. I look leaner but I think a bit smaller. Tomorrow we'll weigh and see where we are at.
