6/14 - 6/17

Synopsis:

Flew to Wisconsin on the evening of 6/14, was running around like chicken with head cut off, all that day. Arrived in Hayward WI,(way northern Wisconsin) 11:30pm Got a little... wink wink and slept for about 3 hours. Got up next day was was on the road In Jeep Pulling supersized U-haul trailer by 4:30 am, Drove 18hrs in one day. Could not really log food but stayed on low carb diet(carbed up day for flight so looked pumped and swole for the trip :) )
My gf is great, she had a whole cooler of meat cheese eggs and other low carb fare so I was able to keep to the diet. The second day we drove through West Virgina, which is really beautiful. Yeah, I hear all the derogatory comments but the scenery was amazing. Though it had to be watched why I was carefully braking to keep the Jeep and U-haul from careening off the road and over a cliff. Only a couple scares and no mishaps. Until we dropped off the trailer and I've somehow managed to f up my left forearm/bicep which is the arm that I had already torn the bicep off the bone 3 years ago, I can do reverse grip without pain but underhand hurts and that pisses me off!

This is the first time I've had to catch my breath since getting home. I haven't worked out since last Tuesday, wish I'd had time to take some of the carbed up pics, veins were like ropes. I am vascular anyway but that was freakish. Regular updat to follow. Sorry not detailed info for the last couple of days but not feasible. I look leaner but I think a bit smaller. Tomorrow we'll weigh and see where we are at.

1 oz pepper jack cheese

Meal 4:

6 hardboiled eggs
2Tblsp's Mayo with 1 tsp thermogenesauce
1 oz muenster cheese

Meal 5:

12 Oz ground beef 90/10
2 strips thick cut bacon
1 oz Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Mayo with a

Snack:

2 hardboiled eggs

1 oz pork rinds
2 tblsp mayo

Observations:

Good to be home, though a little odd to have all the company. Gf and son moved in with me this weekend. Gone from being by myself all the time to having company all the time. I have maintained and enhanced my leaness and definition over my trip. Despite no sleep, long drives and stress. Ur-Spray seems to assist with fat burning despite low activity level. Still impressed. Very upset that I appear to have hurt my left arm. I didn't let it stop me when I tore that bicep off the bone. I only missed the day of the injury and the day after surgery. I'll work out one handed just like I did before if I have to. I just hope I do not have to. My log will be back to normal tomorrow. Sorry for being gone and I hope all the subscribers will tune back in.

Truth, I've probably said this before, but YOU ARE THE MAN. I'm picking this up definitely. I loved the capsuled urso. The constant progress in this log is gonna have me order a couple bottles. Hell, I may even shave my head for a larger application area.
I highly recommend the shaved head thing, you have to have the noggin for it. All kidding aside it is a great application site lots of capillaries and relatively thin skin(my mom will disagree with this one in my case) Thanks, lately I feel more like the old man

Sucks to hear about the forearm. But the uhaul story I don't believe for one second. Haven't seen your girlfriend in 3 years and you expect us to believe your forearm hurts from unloading a truck? That forearm should be made of steel by now! Hahaha.

I didn't know there was a 2 deal pack on the Ur spray. Is that true? I'll be getting it for sure

Unhooking the hitch, not unloading. I hurt the left forearm, I am right handed... that one is made of adamantium :) and yes there is a two pack special. Thats about a months worth at my current dosing regimen

Thoughts?
Definitely appear leaner, more vascular. Deep sleep. If I weren't taking so many other supps, I could probably give a better review. I have been sweating more when working out, this I contribute to UR. I currently have 3 bottles left so I plan on giving this as long of a run as my wallet allows. Doesn't need to be cycled, and no negative side effects, at least from what I am experiencing so far. Dries pretty quick on the skin, which I like. Yeah, the 2-pack is a way better deal.

Sweet. I will probably use less sprays than you just to make my bottles last longer, but I'm pretty stoked about running this.

Dip Machine: 275 x12x 1, 300lb stack x 6x5

Observations:

It has been a full seven days since I last worked out in a gym. I guess you can count carrying umpteen boxes, an over sized leather sofa and love seat, boxes and boxes of whatever, giant BBQ grill countless other items up the steps a workout. I was very careful not to eat too much on the trip, two days of being pretty much sedentary driving, I figured required very little fuel. I figured wrong. I lost 5 lbs since The 14th down to 204, very light for me. granted I weighed after a grueling workout in a hot as hell gym, so there may be a pound or two of water weight in there, but I definitely did not eat enough. I am leaner though. Lots leaner, with no working out( except for some recreational cardio wink wink) I was disappointed with my db incline presses, the 100's felt heavier than the 110's did the week prior. When I did the incline machine I seemed to be back to my old self and mowed through the rest of my workout. I dropped an exercise or two because of time constraints but overall another slamming workout considering my weight loss. As you can see I dropped a greek salad into my diet. I am going to slowing add some carbs in so as to stop the weight loss. I should have eaten more over the last couple days, now I gently need to make up for it. Also I hurt my left arm, its another odd injury I am going to rest it, curling motions with a pronated grip hurt but supinated do not. I will administer ice and Jointforce and hope for the best

Snack:

Preworkout: Clearshot 30ml
White Flood 1 serviing

Work out:

Legs:

Forgot my damn weight belt no squats :(
Leg Presses:

500x15x2, 600x15x2, 700x12x3 800x6, 900 x 3 x 2

Leg Extensions: 145x20x1, 165x20x3, 170x15x2, 185 x 12 x 1 200x6x 2

Hoist Leg Curls: 110x12x2, 120x10x2, 130x8x2

Standing Calf Raises: 4x380x 12

Seated Calf Raises 110x3x12

Observations:

I was all ready to do squats today. but I forgot my weight belt. A part of me said go ahead, you are good to at least 275 without it. I then wisely remembered that I had hurt my back not that long ago and opted for some heavy leg presses instead. Energy was good. Endurance was good. I went heavier on leg presses than I had in a while and sank them all the way to my a$$. I got an amazing stretch on my quads and hammies. I am trying to make my poor calves grow. They are like veal and I want them to be bulls. I have been trying to get a good stretch on them as well. The bad thing is that when I work them hard enough to make them grow they cramp like mad the following day, or worse later that night. My gf actually said I was getting too cut???? is that possible, I assure you I am not I am probably nearing single digits but I'd judge slightly in the 2 digit bf range. Next week I am coming off the zero carb approach and will add some moderate carbs to the diet. Probably just some greenery and tomatoes and perhaps some Glycomyx pre-Workout, I am eager to get back on the stuff but want to be razor sharp before hand. Almost there pics on Saturday. Considering my trip and not working out for 2 days I am very happy with the progress.

People will spend that much money on a pre workout product and a multivitamin. How many people waste hundreds of dollars a month on products that aren't yielding hundreds of dollars worth of gains or improvement? At least this product isn't a a "me-too" product, it's quite unique. People are still spending 45 bucks a month on the latest oral GH product.

I agree; as I've said earlier in this thread, I haven't done GH, but from what I've read, I would think that comparing the results from this product to GH would be appropriate, never mind that this product is found in the food supply, has no sides to speak of (unless you count the decreased sperm motility thing, which since I have a vasectomy, I don't... and most guys who aren't presently trying to conceive don't care about a temporary effect on their swimmers, most welcome the idea) when GH has crazy sides IMO, and UR Spray has the added benefit of improved sleep and joint pain relief.

I presently recommend this product to anyone I know who is pursuing improved body composition, and tell them that if I could only take one thing, I'd take this...

EDIT: Almost forgot the positive effects studies show it has on lipids, which I haven't yet confirmed with the spray, but I can say that while on Ursobolic during my last cycle, my last lipid test was my best ever in PCT.

Everyone is talking about the fatloss and the heat production that ursolic acid seems to induce Patrick may have found one avenue. PA posted the article over on PHF

Uncoupling and antioxidant effects of ursolic acid in isolated rat heart mitochondria.

Source
Institute for Biomedical Research, Academy of Medicine, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Eiveniu 4, LT-50009, Kaunas, Lithuania.
Abstract
Ursolic acid (1), a pentacyclic triterpene acid, is one of the major components of certain traditional medicinal plants and possesses a wide range of biological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, and cytotoxic activities. Furthermore, 1, when present at 1.6-5 ng/mL concentrations in commercial herbal preparations used for patients with cardiac disorders, may also exert pro-cardiac activities. There are several indirect suggestions that the cardioprotective mechanism of ursolic acid could involve the mitochondria; however the mechanism of action is still not known. Therefore, the effects of 0.4-200 ng/mL ursolic acid (1) on the functions of isolated rat heart mitochondria oxidizing either pyruvate and malate, succinate, or palmitoyl-l-carnitine plus malate were investigated. It was found that 1 induced a statistically significant uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation. A statistically significant decrease in H₂O₂ production in the mitochondria was observed after incubation with 5 ng/mL 1. This effect was comparable to the effectiveness of the classical uncoupler carbonyl cyanide 3-chlorophenylhydrazone. Since mild mitochondrial uncoupling has been proposed as one of the mechanisms of cardioprotection, the present results indicate that ursolic acid (1) has potential use as a cardioprotective compound
It appears that Ursolic acid may function as an uncoupler.

yeah $80 for a months worth is a great deal, because it has almost immediate and visible results. It worked faster for me than a PH or research chem. And I know where it comes from, its tested and safe. Nearly no sides and lots of effect. I'm thinking of starting a rosemary plantation to keep up with demand for raws

Today is my work out day off, but I don't want it to be....I want to work out. I want to lift big weights for lots of reps. I want to push the envelope. I want to drive this 47 year old body to do more than it could do at 37. But today is my day off...so here I sit. Today was an good day. I had some extreme cramps last night my quads cramped for close to an hour. I guess the 900 lbs leg presses were not such a good idea. I have always suffered from cramping. It is directly proportional to how hard I worked out. If I get mild cramping I worked out hard enough, if really tore it up in the gym, I could expect extreme cramping. I am leaner still. my appetite is meh, I have to think about eating. When you are keto it is important to get enough food so as not to break down muscle. Pics will be up tomorrow or saturday. Vascularity is much enhanced, down into my lower abs, and my arms, nothing but veins. Tomorrow back and bi's ...My favorite !

You're asking the wrong female, Pat, LOL - I've lived the "Athlete Lifestyle" as long as I can remember (and that is NEVER going to change), been a tomboy since forever (although now I have also embraced my femininity), and have NO interest whatsoever in shopping (can't stand it and if I go "shopping" I know what I want). That said, there are many females interested in supplements - the "but" is that they are usually the newbies (who don't need anything, period), those just wanting a quick fix (and don't want to hear the truth of "there are NO quick fixes"), or whom have no knowledge or experience on what they are looking at (and will just use whatever someone recommends without bothering to find out about it and knowing for themselves). All that aside, there are many experienced female trainees who DO use supplements and show an interest - you just have to "find" them (i.e. athletes, etc.).

My GF would side with Rosie on this, she likes nice clothes.....workout clothes, she has like 20 workout tops and nothing to wear out and about. She is forever asking me what supplement she can take to help her get more cut, muscle she grows that like there is no tomorrow. I wish had her gift in that area.

My girlfriend had a little stash of supplements of her own before I even met her. I know some others who definitely like supplements as well. I just think for the most part maybe the ones who are are not as interested in really researching and learning as some guys are. If they're pointed in the right direction though they are willing to listen and try em out.

Actually I put my girlfriend on 7 spray during a recomp. She hadn't regularly worked out in a while but we were getting ready for a vacation as well. 7 spray plus an RC yielded 8 pounds gained and roughly 1% body fat lost.
The Ur spay 2 pack i ordered has one bottle for her not will be the only supplement she uses so we will see how it works for her. I'll be sure to track weight and measurements and whatnot.

My GF would side with Rosie on this, she likes nice clothes.....workout clothes, she has like 20 workout tops...
Well, we differ there - I wear trackies or shorts and a tank or t-shirt to the gym and couldn't care less how I look in there, especially not when I finish in a sweaty mess LOL :D
