Sports: Currently playing Volleyball (1 night per week - 2 hours), Tennis (varies), Softball (1 game per week)

Supplements:
Licogenix (Athletix)
Introduction:
I am down about 30 lbs since beginning of this year using various supplements (Erase Pro, Agmatine, Lipo PM, OEP, AT2, Fat Free, Prometheus Rising), good diet and exercise. I have been wanting to go back on Erase Pro since I went off it 4 1/2 weeks ago after an 8 week run. I make a lot of changes with my supplements and I am willing to forego any remaining tabs/caps to find a better solution.
I will never bad mouth a supplement in most cases. If I don't see results, it could be due to many things. Diet type, exercise type/duration, amount of sleep, amount of other supplements I am taking,...etc. However, even if I don't see results, I do expect to see some effect to at least know that it is trying to work - such as appetite suppression, sweating, acne,...etc)
Why Licogenix and Why now ?
Reason 1 - I am trying Licogenix, because you can't beat the price. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind paying $60+ for supplement that works. However, I would be stupid to turn down a replacement that works in the same way that is half the price. I can spend that $30 on several pints of Guiness....I mean on a good nutricious salad.
After seeing several good reviews on Licogenix, I had to see it for myself.
I have contemplated on my logs on when to start Licogenix and at what dose. I wanted to try 6 caps right away. I also thought about waiting a bit longer.
Reason 2 - I am pissed off at the current stall in weight loss. I have been between 232 and 235 for about 2 weeks now. I HAVE NOT LOST ENOUGH TO FEEL COMPLACENT AND I AM STILL ONLY 1/2 WAY TO MY GOAL. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I have not changed anything and I probably need some variety. I was going to wait 2 more weeks.......well "F" it. I am going to start 4/15.
I will not be on any supplements for about 3 days before I start Licogenix. From that point forward, I will be on Licogenix only for 30 days at 4 caps per day. I feel that this mini washout will get rid of any remaining supplements in my system and I also feel that I could probably use a mini break from those supplements I have been taking anyway.
I will post workout and diet on Sunday. Pictures as well to set a baseline.
Workout and diet will be similar to what I have been following for the last 3 months for easy comparison - to guage strength and weight loss
