That backwards-s fella might disagree, I gathered some of his thoughts earlier, and he said they are overprices and basically lack established credible scientific data. Blocking the enzyme responsible for deactivation of the drug clearing process is great, but he contended a shot of vodka would rival any otc drug enhancement intervention, or, grapefruit juice (since the fruits are out of season).
well i mean the shot of vodka would help. maybe a small glass of red wine would be a better way :)

but its just the mechanisms at which alcohol metabolism works.

I have huge issues with alcohol, haha, not really, I just never drink. I tried some alcohol in 7th grade years and years ago, blah. Anyway, what are your thoughts on Grapefruit extract in pills? Should I look for the seed extract or whole fruit? I don't know which part of the fruit has the CYP450 properties, and it's so cheap. I can no longer bring myself to spend $25 a bottle of DHB, or even $15 a bottle on 10mg Bioperine capsules.

if they are cheap enough do it. if not just use black pepper on every thing. bioperine is an extract of it, cheaper to use a half grapefruit and some black pepper, would it work as well? who knows but who knows if the pills work perfect also.

Grrrrrr...... Bioperine is so cheap, so is Triphala, and especially Grapefruit Seed Extract. The only thing that would cause a slight blip on the budget radar would be DHB, because I buy a few bottles at once, and it's around $25 a bottle, with shipping, if I look around hard enough. I wonder if DHB is really worth it?

I've used it before, actually went through a few bottles of it... it was the primary impetus for expanding my oral bio-availability enhancers to include Triphala. The 'sad' part is, just as another millionth example of how much a markup exists when a product has been 'pre-mixed and bottled under a brand name,' I can buy triple the amounts of each and every included ingredient in Trisorbagen from Swanson, already capped and with the assurance of a massive cGMP facility, for the price of ONE bottle of Trisorbagen; plus I get to add in grapefruit extract and a higher dosage of DHB!

My qualm revolves around the uncertainty of whether or not these supplements even have merit, scientifically validated merit?

Whatever it is, THAT is what I would need :) The good news is that I probably wouldn't even cap it, I'm sure the taste isn't that bad, and by taking a concentrated or standardized powder, it would be like eating an entire grapefruit with 1 teaspoon, and ZERO carbs while I'm prepping!

The peel is the same as the 'rind,' correct - or is the rind the thin skin that wraps around the fruit itself? They have the rind on Swanson, paired with Cayenne and Apple Cider Vinegar! :)

PS: They also so have full-spectrum peel!

I wonder why PP, in their infinite wisdom, uses the peel then? I mean, have you seen their ads, the owner in a black pullover with Zach Morris hair and a pencil behind his ear, A PENCIL, you just can't refute that!!!

The thing is, everything I have seen online says ring, peel, or seed extract. I have seen one whole-fruit product, but that just seems cheap to me (because it is) and a huge percentile would be useless anyway.

You know what, I'm not buying anything, this is kind of dumb... I have Bioperine and Triphala coming anyway. I'm so sick of spending money. I will absorb what I need.

Well, what have I been doing..... hmmmm..... watching some Hulu and catching up on the Office and Family Guy, along with playing a little bit of Socom 4 and Need 4 Speed Hot Pursuit on the PS3, since the online network is FINALLY back up. Other than that, I'm doing around 45 hours or slightly more per week at work, and I've also been eating a lot - because I know it's all being taken away super soon. As in, 24 hours!

I usually do exactly 13 over with cruise control, especially on interstates and toll roads with minimal cops and there is ALWAYS 'someone' going faster than me.

Well, today marks day five of the contest prep, the two a day cardio and lifting have me energized, rather than depleted and tired - but give it a couple months, hahaha! Finally, I feel as though I am able to eat the proper amounts of mega-protein per sitting without wanting to explode from bloat, or vomit the last few ounces of meat or eggs back up. The volume of food needed to maintain muscle mass in light of the huge caloric expenditure with multiple sessions of cardio and training is hard to 'stomach' at first.

Haha, yeah I hear ya... it's my eleventh (I think?) show in the past eight years, so I'm really excited, but I also know what I'm in for every time I set out on this journey.

As far as dropping, I started out this past Wednesday June 1st at 256 pounds, but I have no idea how it will all unfold as far as the scale in concerned. In fact, I don't even own a scale, I used a friends to get a starting weight.

I'm just going to do what I've always done and cycle carbs, keep protein at least 8oz per meal (4 whole food meals minimum per day) and 2 shakes @ 55g protein each, along with fat from red meat and almonds/fish oil.

I can dig up an older version of the diet and paste it here, it's something I came up with over the years, and it worked very well last year. Cardio 2x/day most days, although only once is enough in these initial phases.

I suppose I'll compete super heavy, yes. I know that is not ideal, but I am in a very awkward stage of height and muscular development that demands I DON'T drop to 198 for lightweight, although I am very confident I can, and should, make heavyweight.

All I am focusing on doing, is being the best I can be on that day, with all out fiery intensity. I don't care so much about the weight, and there will always be that genetic mutant who swears they are peanut butter sandwiches and Wendy's getting ready for the show, and has striated glutes - so I'm just concentrating on becoming the actualized version of myself this year.

As far as BCAAs, yes, I take copious amounts, as well as liver tabs. I take 30g combined BCAAs during my 2 sessions of cardio and throughout the day, and and another 15g intra-training.

1. Would it be advisable, or completely pointless, to take 3,5 along with real T3/Cytomel?
- Also, would there be any advantage to takeing Thyroid Support and Potentiating/Recovery supplements while ON Cytomel?

2. Do any topical fat loss products have enough of a 'punch' to even merit use/purchase?

3. What is the optimal basal fat intake daily to round out my macro-nutrient cycling plan?
- For example, I cycle Very Low, Low, Medium, and High on Carbs while keeping protein at 350g per day for these first few weeks of the contest prep. With carbs at 40, 80, 250, 500 on the aforementioned staggered days.

4. What are some of the best erection enhancers to counteract this onset of Tren ****? I am pretty well endowed, but I can tell a difference in maximum erection hardness and length recently, and that just isn't cool.

Don't think so, body won't convert T2 to T3/T4 if there's already enough IIRC

Any of the 7-oxo sprays are great for VAT reduction (abliderate, 7-KE, 7-spray)

inversely proportional to carbs. If you're high on carbs, be low on fat and vice versa.

Thanks a lot for your answers above by the way, I am really curious about the 7-keto topical products. I tried Ab-Solution Plus by the now defunct Vyotech a few years ago, and liked it because I believe it had Usnic Acid?

I just started taking FormaStanz from Mr. Supps two days ago, 10 pumps a day (5am/5pm) to combat the puffy nipple syndrome as I call it. I think when I transition from Dbol to Anavar and Tbol a lot of this will rectify itself naturally, but Letrozole and Formastanz will be potent enough to being me back 'down to par' so I don't look like I'm ready to be milked.

Yeah, raw powder since the caps have filler you'd have to separate out. I think someone is selling some bulk powder cheap on lean bulk (dot) com in the trade/sell section. They're reputable too.

I didn't really care for the Penetrate carrier (used by PP), it gives me a rash. I prefer the smart powders Dermabolic spray. However, it's easy enough to add in to either. Just calculate the number of sprays, then divide however much you add in, and you have a rough idea how many mg per spray.

I think the 7-oxo you want 100-200mg daily in the topical IIRC? May have to look that up...

It might be cheaper/easier to just get the Taurus Nutrition 7-KE, it's only $25 and seems to be well dosed with a good amount of servings.

Thanks a lot, I like to write, knit, and take sunset strolls down winding paths lit only by the moonlight before gazing into the eyes of my beloved.

I am so tired it makes me want to weep. I am a night owl of sorts, and I always wake up early to do cardio since I like to do 2-a-days to boost the metabolic rate early on in these initial weeks of contest prep. As I type this I'm between bite after bite of 8oz weighed chicken breast and brown rice... you can only imagine how thrilling that is. No flavoring, no condiments, just the will to get dense and freaky shredded and proportionate.

Someone asked me today at work what I win at these shows after paying all the entry fee money and going through this controlled starvation for months on end all while moving thousands of pounds of iron and walking like a lobotomized zombie on a moving belt... and I said nothing. Alright, let's bring it down for a moment, and get personal shall we? I have a penis, and from time to time, I even use it - that's right. I'm on EQ too, which a good friend of mine from 'back in the day' told me increased ejaculatory loads... but I just have to say, the orgasms are MIND BLOOOOOOOOWING. Natty-V, Viagra, Toremiphene (yeah still too lazy to look up the correct spelling), along with EQ and Test. WOWZA!!!!!!

I understand what you're saying - but this is NOT a concern or element of the equation at all. AT... ALL! I believe it is a mixture of Trenbolone Acetate, paired with the fact my first orgasm could have probably measured in ounces it was so explosive, and on top of that it wasn't merely sex - but much more of a connection.
