okay guys im currently on ECA and been on it for 1 1/2 weeks so far awesome results, im also doing plyometrics, hill sprints, and weightraining, today was plyometrics and ive done plyos on ECA before so i know how i feel and how much i sweat etc. but today i had some cayenne i had in my closet that my mom gave me(shes a pill junky, mostly herbs and such) well i popped one of those bad boys (455mg, and 40,000 STU, capsicum annuum) along with ECA, 1 softgel of fish oil, and biotin. i was sweating like crazy ECA by itself did not compare to this and i am 100% sure this was not ECA unless the effectiveness of ECA only increases as you keep taking it.it was ridiculous. i also felt a burning sensation in my stomach and chest. so was this effect from the cayenne? or am i loosing it? any body with some info on cayennes thermogenic effects?
