Yep, same here. My order was placed at approx. 1am on Jan 1st. Everything was in stock at checkout time. 9days later, it still hasn't shipped or even advanced to processing and now two of my items are OOS.

I don't think my order has shipped either. I did contact NP and they let me know.. I guess I understand.. It just sucks cos im O/S and now I have to wait another 2 weeks! It was shipped say Thursday Id have it by next week, Now it wont arrive for yonks!

Annoying, but I dont think they messed up! It happens...next time Im sure theyll be better ready for the moment. And Im sure the late packages theyll prob throw in more samples or something..

Once again, we apologize for all of the delays.

I am sure that we thought we were stocked adequately enough to meet the demands of this sale, but as Sam said, things kind of got a little crazy. This kind of put our supplies and needed inventory in a logistical nightmare trying to get all of the back ordered items in as quickly as possible.

Please understand that no one at NP likes doing business this way. I am sure those of you who have had to wait longer than usual will be taken care of in appropriate measures.
