Yes same feeling...I make myself stop...Log is lookin very good man. That's crazy the strength increases you are seeing. I am just starting second week, and the stamina is ridiculous to say the least, the strength is up as well.
I wonder if you are feeling the same as me though as far as stamina, and that is when you are done with a set of say bench, you almost feel as if you still haven't lifted it?? :think:.. I mean it's a crazy type of recovery that I have never felt before even using ph's.

overall feeling 4/5 - Yet again I added 5-20lbs on all of my exercises over my last back and bi workout. Plus added more exercises even with the added weight. I am now up 4+lbs in just over 2 weeks while looking even leaner... My strength increase is really noticeable...
A summary of why +4lbs in 2 weeks is significant. I have maintained the exact same diet for months and months with the same weight of 150lbs. I am doing everything the same other than I added Prime 2x2x2 a day with meals, end result 4lbs in just over 2 weeks.....

Sounds like your son is getting the same type of results that I am.Yah this stuff is the real deal I am sold, I had noticed my son had increased in size and I know he's getting stronger at a steady pace but last night he did a Crab most muscular and I was literally shocked. I don't think I have ever seen this much mass on him. It was freakin scary. This is less than 3 weeks on Prime!

Seems to be what everyone else is doing. But i'm actually running recreate/prime on a slow cut/recomp type of program. I'm using the prime in conjunction with the recreate to keep my strength gains/muscle mass, while im on a caloric deficiency. Really leanin out on this stuff, yet no loss in strength a week in on recreate, and 2 on prime. perhaps i should do a log?Nice posts! That may be a good idea too, my son... and endo is eating just above maintenance and is experiencing good recomp effects he's adding lots of muscle and it getting leaner. Other body types on recomp may have to actually eat more like they were on a lean bulk I think. Look at what is happening with the ecto types, even on a hard bulk the tend to get a little leaner or don't gain fat at least. Any way you look at it I think it advisable to keep calories higher than you normally would in that situation. 50lbs increase in squats in less than 20days.

When I started Prime I was hoping for a 5-6lbs increase over a 30 day time, since I had been at 150lbs for months and a increase in all my lifts. That I felt would be a realistic goal for myself.These are insane numbers! Can't wait to see how much your lifts have improved by the end of your prime cycle.
I have 3 bottles of Prime and I dose 2x at 8:00am - 11:30am - & 5:00pm, 7 days a week so should be 60 days....how many weeks you runnin this again? how many bottles?
If I go any later I have a hard time sleeping..I have been keeping an eye on your log also..thanks for keeping up with mine...niiiiice! Im runnin my way through 2 bottles for 40 the same way... basically same dosing times as well... actually bout 2 hours earlier for breakfast and 2 hours later with the pm dose.

You are right and if my strain is not any better I will give myself a rest day. I feel that I am pushing really hard and putting Prime to the ultimate, on a 41 year old body. If I can get results like this just imagine what the young pups can get.Take the rest day. I know it's hard whileon PRIME but rest is paramount and gains will come quicker.

overall feeling 3/5 - Still a slight left tri/forearm strain, so this has me a little down so I rated it a 3... I was thinking about the weight increase on my last leg workout and was wondering if I could repeat the same weights for reps. I was able to duplicate the same weights on squats for reps plus I added another +10lbs to my final set at 285lbs. I was also able to stay with 300lbs on my leg press and I feel I could of added a few more pounds. I added another +5 on my lying leg curls.

My goal on this log was to maintain the exact same schedule, which includes diet, workout schedule and the other supplements that I have been on for the 3-4 months. While on the previous schedule I have maintained 150lbs for months. The only change in my current schedule was the addition of Prime. While still maintaining the exact same schedule I have now gained +6lbs while leaning out even more and I have had a major strength increase.with strength gains like that i would expect some more weight gains in the future.
Are you going to add more protein to your diet after the first 30days?
