Ahhhh yes. A sunday off of work during football season. You know what that means don't ya folks? I didn't do a damn thing all day long except clap and curse at the television. It was glorious.

haha ok...so I did some cardio...but otherwise, just cursing...and clapping...and watching...and eating. Yep...a great day off indeed!

Day was laid out as follows :

PHYSICALITY:

30 mins cardio

NUTRITION:
11:45am : 1 NOW Acidofilus/Bifudus. 3 eggs scrambled with 1 slice american and organic ketchup. 2 slices Ezekial 4:9 toast. 1 scoop Purple Wraath w/20oz. water

2:00pm : 5 Blue Gene. 3 Mst Cre-02
2:45pm : half of a mini loaf of the homemade banana bread from the other day *yum!*
5:00pm : a concoction my girlfriends father made of some noodles *which I avoided*, ham, and cabbage. It was pretty good.
8:00pm : FIESTA BABY!! Taco Salad *see below* - 93% lean ground beef, onion, peppers, garlic, mexican cheese blend on a bed of organic romaine and organic tomatoes. side of some white/yellow corn. side of organic boiled carrots.
9:15pm : 1 kashi oatmeal flax cookie
12:45am : 1 scoop Purple Wraath w/20oz. water
1:30am : 4 Mst Zmk

T'was a good day as my Giants handed a healthy beating to the awful Rams. Next week we take on the (so far) awful Bengals with the worst defense ever. I like our chances.

I have to disagree this time...I don't think it's the colts year honestly. I think afc championship game might not have either team honestly. I think the Steelers will be there...and possibly the broncos.

So another day has passed here at the old farm...or uhh...house. Pretty good day. I had a minor emergency in the morning which kept me from my workout...but I did a TON of walking at work tonight which at least kept me in motion. I will be doing a workout in the morning to focus mainly on upper body, and wednesday morning I plan to do some yoga and wednesday night I am playing tennis. All fun times.

A good day overall. The Blue Gene is still having a tremendous effect on my libido. It's seriously like I just want to be like a rabbit and eat and have s-e-x all day long. I can't recall any other supps ever making me this way...it's ridiculous, haha.

friendly disagreements are what keeps life interesting. i believe the colts and pats have devised systems for winning, the pats have belichek and colts have bill pollian. plus they have owners committed to winning. not sold on steelers [sorry celc5] or broncos and san diego seems to have their share of problems also. btw glad to see you are going to be on the courts again. practice, baby practice.:woohoo:

Raiders fan, have pitty on me... that's not enough pitty, more... little more.... I don't think there's enough you can give me. Our bag of dust owner is consistently losing fan base due to his ego stunts which lead to horrendous decisions, and I'm hanging on to the Raider wagon by a ripped piece of clothing in my attempt to jump.

However, not all is lost, I love Peyton Manning, he's the key element as to why I like the Colts and I love Chicago.

As for colleges, I hate USC with a passion, but I might be one of two that actually dislikes USC in Southern California. I'm down with the LSU.

Oh snap! True Story. My friend Fletch, a freak of a beast line backer. In high school he literally sent 6 quaterbacks out on stretchers. He was like 6'5, 260lbs and lean, in high school, so he was a beast. Fletch ended up starting for UCLA, got signed to the San Diego Chargers, got a small $10,000 signing bonus, spent it and while at Chargers training camp, he decided he was done with football. Seriously.

I think he was pushed too hard to play his entire life and it carried too much significance and pressure, so once he made it to the top, he popped.

I would be glad just to be on the practice squad and get my $250,000.00 a year for sitting the bench.

Okay 2 fast things to take note of today.
1. I was hungry ALL day.
2. My workout felt GREAT.

I just felt good today period. Maybe it was because I was off work (which has become a rarity), or maybe because I had plans for a killer workout and I got a good one in...but it was nice. I also made a nice dinner that I will post a picture of at the bottom. It was a good day.

Day was laid out as follows :

PHYSICALITY:
Today was a full Dumbbell workout.

DB Bench Press - 3x10

Such a good day. If the weather is clear, tomorrow is tennis. I'm excited since I haven't played in about 3 weeks now. I need some on court time. I will probably shoot for some yoga or something beforehand.

9/17/08 - Day 20

Today was kind of odd. It didn't really feel like I was eating...but my caloric needs were met as far as I can tell. Weird feelings about that, haha. Sadly, I may have to spend the money to get some bulk bcaa to add to my Purple Wraath. It seems like it's not fighting the way it used to. Maybe I have gotten too accustomed to it? Any thoughts?

One cool thing about today was the Wii I got my girlfriend arrived so I got to play with that for a bit and show her how to kick some arse on Wii Sports. That was fun. I didn't realize how much fun you could have with Wii.

Day was laid out as follows :

PHYSICALITY:

1 hour warm-up tennis
2 hours doubles sets. (won both 6-3, 7-6(4))
15 mins cooldown stretches

30 minutes Wii awesomeness!

NUTRITION:

I'm really glad I got out on the courts today...and even more glad that we won the match without a 3rd set needed. It was getting late and I wanted to get back to my girlfriend's place and eff around with the Wii. Tomorrow I have a stupid dentist appointment :(...so we'll see what I can fit in. It's also my long day (whenever i wake up, I don't go back to bed until 9am the following morning) so hopefully I won't be too beat!

You have no idea how pumped I was. To go from playing 2-4 times a week through the whole summer to not being on court since the end of August, has really beat me up inside. I won't get to play this winter because I don't have the money to play indoors...but i'm sure i'll find other ways to do some cardio. I will probably try to get ready for speed+agility for next season through the winter...WHILE adding some strength. Should be a fun winter :)

I love bananas. I don't care how ripe or how un-ripe...lol. They are one of my favorite things.

Meals lookn incredible once again Duece! and have fun with wii! It can get time consuming but the upside is good exercise.

yah well I won't be able to let it consume TOO much of my time. Firstly, it was a present for my girlfriend so she'll be playing much more often than I will. Secondly, her daughter keeps me running around like a nutcase all day so the Wii possibilities are slim, haha

Last time I made it, I rolled it up so it was like a pinwheel and in the middle was sauteed spinach in olive oil and garlic, mozzarella cheese, and lean ham.

hahaha thats very possible. This is one reason I try to remain in control of my kitchen ;). I need to focus on my health, myself. As long as I feed the ladies in my life well...I get no complaints :hammer:
