Workout routine and meal I know are the keys to reaching your goal. Looking for a great workout plan. Looking to gain muscle but also get a little more cut (not lose to much weight). Any workouts you guys would recommend?

I'm using the Sheiko workout program. I have increased strength very quickly on this program. I've never done a workout like this one.
