I just buy the Met-Rx pancake mix, I get them $5 a bag... Other than that, I use 4 cups oats, 3 scoops whey (N-Large vanilla if I'm bulkin'), and a single serving carton of egg white substitute(equal to 10 whites).. Whip it up with my hand mixer, then cook 'em over medium heat with butter flavoured Pam.. Besides, I got extra Pam I never used for shows.. :p

Great recipe, Jesse. You've got my mouth watering already. By wheatmeal are you referring to whole wheat flour? I guess you could use bran for added fiber as well, true?

You cant. I believe that was a typo. A whole large egg is 50g or so....but the yolk has the majority of the mass. Might be 500mL? which is a whole heck of a lot of eggwhites (slightly more than 2 cups) Sage
