I have been hitting the weights pretty hard. It seems like I am not sore on my rest day but the next lifting day I am a little more sore . Anyone experience this ? It's new to me I am on test for trt if that makes a difference.
I am often most sore two days after a workout. Like if I train on a Monday, Wed. Can be h3ll. Sometimes if I hit legs hard I have trouble getting in and out of a chair on the second day after and it may take 4 days to have no pain.
I would not ask if it was the same soreness 2 days in a row or a little less the second day . The day after I am not sore it's the next day and it has been like that for a week or so .
