Ok so i used to go to gym a fair bit but stopped for a while. Then i dislocated my shoulder playing soccer and now i want to build it up cause it feels really weak.
I've done all the rehab exercises and i've kinda started my own routine but would like to know what others think cause i've been told to stay clear of alot of exercises which doesnt leave much to do. Eg: Bench, Any exercises above head, Dips etc
I've looked up alot of rotator cuff exercises and thats basically what my routine consists of apart from general arm, back, and legs exercises.
I generally work long hours so i need a routine split up into 2 or 3 days.
If anyone can provide some help with a routine and possible supplements that would help get my shoulder back to being strong again that would be great. Thanks!
