This may sound like a strange question but what do you guys suggest for someone who is mainly concerned with strength in the gym and performance outside of the gym(bedroom!). I going to get some Xtend for my preworkout BCAA kick, and thought about giving the DAA a try since I just hit 35 and feel it quite a bit.

I'll only be training heavy 2x per week, one heavy lower and one heavy upper per week. I have other priorities in life now, so I am unwilling nor do I want to train more than this. Its just not the main priority anymore.

I see alot of new things but with such infrequent training I'm afraid they'd be a waste of money per say.

Love to here some suggestions and thanks for any help.

For training that infrequently, I wouldn't suggest hitting any test booster-type products. They accumulate in your system, which may take a week or so, and your money might better be spent elsewhere.

What I would suggest are some "lighter" products that you can use more sporatically. BCAAs is a great start. A pre-workout stim product might also be a good idea to get the juices flowing when you get in there. As long as your diet is good and you make the gym visits count, something as little as 2/week training can be a benefit to you.

Now, as for something to help in the ol' bedroom, I will say AXcite Magnum as a good choice. Not that anyone needs that sorta help (eh hem...mostly cause they won't admit it), it's a product geared just for that specific purpose. Think "enzyte" with better science and a better success rate behind it. Definitely worth a shot. I enjoy it...and so do the ladies! ;)

well, let me say that I don't need cialis or anything like that. I get it up fine and it holds well. Its just as if the old drive ain't what it used to be so thats why I was looking at the DAA. plus its just $12 so I didn't think it would hurt much.

Just to note, I am going to train hard when I do hit it! I used to be fairly strong but I haven't lifted any in around a year. Just been doing other stuff.

If you wana really maximize your time at the gym and get the most out of it and feel amazing, id second the idea of a preworkout. My favorite is flashover. 2 scoops of that and i can lift forever without getting tired and then have the urge to go flip all the cars in the parking lot. 1,3 dmaa is awesome when used sparingly, which would combo well with infrequent lifting. other than that, most supplements are useless. if you dont wana get sore, beta alanine and creatine work well for most on the recovery aspect and are very inexpensive if u just go with bulk powder from nutra (both are flavorless). relating to the DAA question, im only 21 and i did enjoy it but i convinced my boss at work to try some (hes in his early 40's) and he LOVED it. it was just the cheap bulk powder from nutra. it tastes really strange to me, but if u mix it with juice theres no problems. the only other DAA product ive tried was propadrol ep. stuff was incredible.

you can see my review on there "tyler" is my name. idk how its so strong but it kicked serious @ss compared to regular DAA. whatever route you choose, best of luck!

thanks for the replies fellas. You know after thinking on it for awhile, I'm not going to order anything. I'd rather waste my money elsewhere. I'll just take my muti-vit/min and fish oil and eat decently. thanks...and if I do give the DAA a try I'll let you guys know if it worked any good for me.
