I am a recovering stim junkie that never seems to recover. I have tried many preworkouts that claim only need 1 scoop, but I need 2 in order to "feel" it the way it should be felt. I will try 1 scoop first and then take it from there. I am hoping I get a feel good sensation from Eria Jarensis Extract
Finally a preworkout without creatine
Background: I'll be turning 41 yrs strong in couple days. I lift 6-7 days and cardio at least 4 days (2 mile run or hiking). My workout routine is usually Push Pull Legs & Accessories. I am eating as if I am bulking.
The "strongest" preworkout that I've tried and still use occasionally is P.W.O. by Gym Ratt Labs which I think only sells off ebay. I doubt anybody has ever heard of them. I found out about them when searching for a DMAA preworkout. I will compare 2 scoops of HyperMax XT to 2 sccops of P.W.O.
P.W.O. ingredient per 2 scoops:
Creatine Mono - 4g
L-Citrulline - 2500mg
Beta-Alanine - 2000 mg
Phenethylamine HCL - 600 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous - 400mg
DMAA - 75 mg
N-Methyl-Tyramine - 40mg
Hordenine HCL - 70mg
