Hey guys and gals! I have officially leaped onto new grounds to reach my fitness goals! About 7 weeks ago I started working towards adding muscle after many years of cutting. It was suggested to me that Ostarine was probably one of my safest options out there! So, I wanted to run this log so that other women, who may be interested, can see my experience!

Let's get started...

Training Kleen Machine Workouts Full body workouts 3x's a week with conditioning/cardio worked in pretty much Mon-Friday. I take the weekends off to be with my family.

Nutrition is based off of the bio rhythm diet. Low to no carbs until late afternoon/early evening. Calories are set to get leaner while gaining muscle.

Macros weight training days
200 protein
80 fats
235-260 carbs (depending on conditioning)

Non weight training days
200 protein
80 fats
125 carbs

I'm usually around 70-90grams at bfast after workout. I just don't function well going low carb. Everyone is different I suppose.

I'm just speaking from experience , backed up by visual results...
I don't even have a .5" to pinch on my waist line, lol.... I must b doing something right...

Oh, and I was agreeing with you too...
I tried the no carbs in the am and it didn't work for me.
 
I know I have a love-hate relationship with carbs. I can cut with keeping carbs moderate but low carbing with keto and cycling is the best way I have found. When bulking more high carb days and a few days of low carb, high fat.
 
Just curious..... Why, no to low carbs until evening?

I have been working with a friend of mine that is a fitness coach. This explains why...

I think you are doing everything right Mags! The visuals speak for themselves! Oh, and I was agreeing with you too... I tried the no carbs in the am and it didn't work for me.

It's nice to have a long term meal plan that is guaranteed to work, with maybe some fine tuning from time to time....

I forgot to note that my starting dose is 15mg a day. I took them together yesterday and today but will likely dose twice a day just to keep things balanced. One thing I do not already, which caught me off guard...was a boost in libido. I'm definitely not complaining and don't imagine that hubby will either! Lol Just didn't realize that was a bonus of this goodie as well!!

Hey Kat,

good luck with your Osta run... I just started Osta @ 20mg per days about 10 days ago.
Might be upping it to 25 or 30mg by next week. Depends on how I feel after 2 weeks...

Im stacking Osta with 75mg of Formabolic a day and will be running both for 7-8 weeks.

Felt lightheaded and nauseous throughout squats so that's why I did 3 sets 6 instead of 2 sets of 8-10

Late but in... I have a bottle of OL ostarine I was gonna use during PCT. But I'm saving my to run solo in the future

I just had an epiphany. Ostarine is hormonal. It can cause some bad effects for some people and good for others like any other hormonal products that are being used for performance enhancement purposes. If people don't realize there could be negative effects they should be hit in the mouth with a brick.

Agreed and so far the only effects I have seen on women are added muscle, strength increases, accelerated fat burning and an increased libido. In all of my time looking up stuff on it I have still not found any woman with testicular atrophy!

I kid i kid but on the positive side I have seen no reports of virilization that some get with other anabolics.

Agreed! HIT4ME come on in and follow along and enjoy the log. I will also PM you to clear something up you seem to have misunderstood from the thread you are referring to since this is cluttering up what is sure to be a great log with unneeded negativity.
 
It's all good! Let's get down to business...went for lunch conditioning! It kicked my butt!!! Lol Had portobello mushroom pizza and a grilled chicken salad for lunch afterwards!! Yumm!!

Conditioning circuit:
1 min Jump rope
25 v ups
30 mountain climbers
30 sec plank
10 side plank with knee crunch both sides
30 ski jumps (R/L=1)
20 Walking lunges
10 Bw squats
12 ball pikes
25 8 riser jumps
25 v kickouts
30 secs rest
**repeat for 3 rounds**

Chin ups
8, 8, 6
** usually use a chair to reach the bars but couldn't find it...so I had to jump! Haha I bet that was fun to watch! Definitely made sure I got full range on every rep!
