30 day log of Purus labs Slin shot. Gotta give a shout out to those at purus for allowing me to try this product.

so far this is great, I tend to workout out an hour or so after i eat lunch, and it's tough to get the motivation cause i get all sleepy after I eat.

but I've noticed that doesn't happen when I use slin shot, which is interesting.

My best work outs been me eating a meal, taking an hour or 2 nap, (around 7pm) then lifting. Phucks up my sleeping pattern though.
 
i used to do that, but it made me fat, but thats prolly cause i wouldn't get up to go to the gym, and just sleep instead. lol.

i got a starting pic, weight is at 174, i'll get it up eventually.

im 174 right now, total bf checked at the beg of this month was at 13% (thats inside fat, and subcut. fat)

7 site skin fold was 10.5% bf.

my wife tells me people usually get the impression im a easily agitated, ganster, and are scared of me.

i dont see it, im a really nice guy, i swear..... :D

hoping to cut my time down by 10min by nov race. current best is 30min.

I own a prowler ;)

Worked at a hardcore athletic gym this summer and prowlered up a storm. Athleticism and strength was out the roof but summer diet....not so much lol getting the aesthetics back then return focus on that for sure.

Prowler suicides with 4x45s = killer

Need to take it out this weekend maybe...

We only go 3 each side when going for cardio.
I keep putting it off, but Im gonna get it!
 
4 total on suicides. Suicides suck hard anyway lol 5 yards high, back low, 10 yards high, back low, 15 or 20 yards high, back low..... Puke. Rest. Go again lol

We do meters, our back is marked 20, 30, 40, 50 meters.

No one (trainers) pushes 6 plates less than 20 meters. ( 21yds)
Female clients get 2 plates each side, men 3.

I like going heavy for 30meters.(32yds)
Brutal finisher, 14 plates, 30 meters.

I'll try to get some video up of cardio prowler.
I got video up on YouTube of 14, 16, then 18 plates 20 meters, finishing with the 14 for 30 meters.
That sucked.
 
no measurments yesterday, so they'll happen sometime soon, just when we all have the time to measure each other....

wut? it's totally normal for 3 dudes to go into a room, strip and take measurments/skin folds of each other... :D

The skin fold on my ball bag is pretty impressive.

I know its doing something differently, as I have more energy after a meal, vs without it.

Do you think creatine mono has a negative impact on results with this product?

No way. It should help facilitate creatine into the muscles, creatine would only be positive. :)
 
Check the thread with all our write ups in it. There's a human study with this ingredient and creatine and it enhanced muscle creatine levels when used in conjunction.
 
hit prowler today.

this morning with a client, he tried 20 plates, wasn't able to get it, but I wanted to see if I could move it, and pushed it the rest of the way. So about 17 meters. just shy of 20 meters.

strength has gone up.

so...

leg pre exaustion, heavy on squats, 6 sets of 3 reps, back forth with partner, starting with 185, ending at 285
then
went over to leg press, started light, 4 plates each side, then 6, finished with 7 each side. 8,5,5

had 30min till nutrition meeting, so went and pushed prowler for 25 minutes. light weight, only 3 plates each side.

partner switch off, 6 sets, 1 set consisted of push one way, 20 meters, push back immediately, 20 meters (40meter push total).


good times.

I feel like i've slimmed out too much, im super white, and skinny, time to bulk up.

going to have to buy another bottle of slin shot.
