Hello AM Community i see a tons of questions regarding "Insulin Mimickers", GDA`s Repartitioning Supps etc.... well the first thing if I`m correct is What is Insulin, how it works and their Physiologic Effects?? I wish put this useful info for all guys need to learn and make the things right hope this help yours guys.

Insulin is NOT bad if you can use them in your favor you will WIN.
