Dermacrine - right before my morning workout or after?

So I'm starting a cycle of epi stacked with dermacrine and supports soon (followed by proper pct). I work out first thing in the morning, try to keep my time from waking to floor at the gym to 40 minutes or under. No cardio most days during this run. Should I apply in the morning preworkout (is there any benefit to this energy wise or otherwise)? I've heard sweating away is bad (I don't sweat profusely) but I've also heard somewhat open sweat glands improve absorption. Thoughts? If there's no real benefit to preworkout should I wait till later in day shower?

Dosing before your workout would be optimal. Just wait 5 to 6 hours before showering or swimming.

Thanks, so no worries about sweating say 30 mins later if it's not profuse?

Correct. Once it dries you are pretty much good to go.

It's very beneficial to apply a transdermal right after a shower with soap. You remove any dirt, oil, dead skin, etc. that might block absorption of the topical. I would suggest only applying right after a shower, unless you absolutely can't fit this into your schedule.
