i got my equipment,
I guess i am going to have to have some one help me get my suits on.

squats (predators only)

I dont know quite how to use the predators (tricks or techniques) yet.

I just pulled them up real tight and cinched the belt.
my blood pressure increased phenomenally, and left some pretty good welps on me.

It felt crazy heavy and it was hard for me to get down to the bar with the briefs.
