So I'm new to the use of this product and i'm wondering if following the boxes itself as a dosage guide is ok. As well I am also wondering if I should follow this up with anything even though it contains a PCT?

You're spot on with following the recommended dosing, and there is no need to follow up that cycle with anything assuming you aren't taking anything else with it.
