wondering if 240mg of the orestane e is to much. bottle says dont take over 3 but ive heard you had to take in the ball park of 300-500mg to even come close to winny. ive been taking four pills a day and havent noticed any huge changes in side effects. might bump it up to 5. Any suggestions?
