Hey all, just started my 10 week lean bulk. Gonna be keeping the macros around 300-350g protein, 300g carbs, 100-150g fat. I know its not a huge amount of calories, but right now I'm sitting at 5'6" 175 14%. Will be upping the cardio to 30 min/day and hoping to get to around 185lbs 10% after PCT.

Routine looks like:
Sat: quads
Sun: back
Mon: off
Tue: chest
Wed: hams
Thur: shoulders
Fri: arms

Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: Prop 100mg ed
Weeks 1-(hopefully)10: Tren Ace 50mg ed
Weeks 7-10: drol 100mg ed

PCT:
Clomid: 100/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20

Will have letro and pramipexole on hand to combat any sides while on cycle.

I'll keep a log updated every few days.

Pinned delt last night, no burn, a little soreness.
Trained quads and did Sumo deads. Been slowly getting back into working legs after tearing my miniscus on my right leg 6 months ago. Legs are my weakest point right now so that is why I am breaking up quads and hams (will be doing some type of squat and deadlift both days though)

2/7 quad emphasis
elliptical 10 min (warm up)
leg ext: 3x20 155 (warm up)
Squats (10lb under each heel): 8 sets x 10-12 reps 225
Sumo deads: 4 sets x12 295
leg press: 4x15 450
Calves: 3 giant sets of seated calf raises, standing calf raises, and leg press calf raises 15 reps on each, no rest btwn exercises 1 min between sets.
treadmill 30 min @ 4mph 11 incline

Back day

5 min on elliptical
4x15 BW pull ups
3x8 t-bar 5plates
4x8-10 bent over bb rows, 2 sets overhand grip, 2 sets underhand
3x10, 9, 6 plate loaded lat pull down 4 plates/side
4x12-15 behind neck lat pulldowns superset with 4x15-20 hyperext w/ 25lbs extra.
20 min cardio 4mph @ 11 incline

Not really noticing any sides yet from the tren except a bit of a dry cough and some night sweats.

Whats up guys, day 6 here and things are just starting to get going.
tuesday was chest
incline bb: 135 x15x2, 185 x 10, 205x9, 225 x 6, 2
flat DB: 75x 10, 85x 10, 90 x 7, 4
Decline: 185x12x3
superset flyes from high and low cable pulley.

Thur: hams and deads
deads: 135x12, 185x12, 275x10, 315x8, 365x6, 385x4, 2, 315x8
plate loaded hacksquat: 3ppsx12, 4ppsx10, 5ppsx6, 4
leg press high & wide stance: 5ppsx16, 13, 10
calf raises giant set same as before
20 min elliptical

Tonight: bout to do my 7th pin then head to the gym and smash shoulders.
