Hey all, just started my 10 week lean bulk. Gonna be keeping the macros around 300-350g protein, 300g carbs, 100-150g fat. I know its not a huge amount of calories, but right now I'm sitting at 5'6" 175 14%. Will be upping the cardio to 30 min/day and hoping to get to around 185lbs 10% after PCT.
Routine looks like:
Sat: quads
Sun: back
Mon: off
Tue: chest
Wed: hams
Thur: shoulders
Fri: arms
Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: Prop 100mg ed
Weeks 1-(hopefully)10: Tren Ace 50mg ed
Weeks 7-10: drol 100mg ed
PCT:
Clomid: 100/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20
Will have letro and pramipexole on hand to combat any sides while on cycle.
I'll keep a log updated every few days.
