I take am and pm when using a SNS/CEL formula and haven't ever noticed sleepiness. So 50-100mg depending what I'm running. I take the single ingredient at night and don't get sleepiness from it...

I take 3 caps of CEL ApiPlex along with 4 caps Growth Factor XT every night before bed. So total of 800mg Apigenin before bed.

I ran a cut with anabolic xt and it went superb. The only downside was my increased appetite which may not happen to everyone. I eventually added lipovantage which helped reduce cravings very well...

Great stack. Supplements that helped me when I was in a similar position to you was Reduce XT, Inhibit P, and Inhibit E. They work perfect together and really helped me get the jumpstart I needed.
