I was using ultra epi (transformation labs?) but i ended up acquiring primobolan which i use at a low dose as i slowly push the test to keep estrogen in check. So no longer need for epi.
In the end upping the test and adding gh is always the "healthiest" option. Healthiest as in the least negative health impact. Even something as mild as primobolan will negatively impact bloodwork...

That's also a great point. You gotta be sub 10% body fat before worrying about loosing muscle. Lots of guys will see there "muscles shrinking" but what they don't realize is your loosing fat...
When you're at really high body fat levels, you don't really need to worry about muscle loss that much when dieting, as long as you're training hard.
Your body has plenty of fat stores to break...
