ZRT Labs saliva test instead of blood test
I'm about to start my first cycle. I know may of you recommend getting blood work checked before & after. That's not really practical for me so I was wondering if the ZRT saliva test would provide the information I'm going to want.
PP sells several ZRT test kits but this is the one I'm considering
I have a choice of testing for four of the following:
Estrone (E1)
Estradiol (E2)
Estriol (E3)
Free Testosterone
Progesterone
DHEA Sulfate
Cortisol
Diurnal Cortisol (4 tests)
Which of the four would I want to test?
Are the ZRT tests accurate and a useful alternative to blood tests? If not, is there anything else someone could recommend? Even better if it's cheaper! (the 4 panel test sold by PP is $125)
