Can ZMA give you gas? I was taking ZMA a few nights and had horrible gas for a few days,i didnt take it last night and todays gas is like 60 percent less bad?????

All i do is fart. If farting bothers you that much amd it started when u started zma,well then lets see....STOP using ZMA.
