Zinc picolinate for prostatitis

Hi.just now imported now foods zinc picolinate 50 mg caps for my prostatitis issue.is this supplement safe...i read that RDA for males for zinc is 15 mg..

25mg is safe, 50mg is a good dose for roid users. anything above wont give you much benefits can be harmful.

as a natty i wouldnt go higher than 25mg/day.

hmm thats not really possible except with a scale that can handle tiny weights like 25mg.

maybe you can open the capsule, put the powder on a plate/table and separate it into two equal heaps. take one dose after separating and put the other one somewhere else for the next day. maybe back in the capsule but that is probably not easy^^

best is to buy 50mg tablets which can be split in half. also its not a must to buy picolinate form; one of the best, if not the best bioavailability has bisglycinate with l-histidin - if you want to buy a tablet product. zinc isn’t expensive anyway but its up to you
