I have always loved zma but i have just recently bought the ingredients separately: Zinc picolinate Magnesium Glycinate, and b6 separately and feel that there is a way bigger difference since I'm taking more effective forms. I'm curious on what doses of ZINC others have experimented with. Iv read some articles on nothing more than 50 milligrams years ago but I'd like to see what you guys have to say!
