Zero carb bread: ONE MINUTE in microwave

Spray a cereal bowl with PAM

Place the following inside and mix thoroughly

1/4 cup Egg Beaters <-------------Put this in FIRST!
1/4 cup Flax
1/4 cup Almond Meal
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp Salt (I dont like salt so u may need to double)

Mix thoroughly

Microwave 1 minute (to 1.5 minutes)

DONE - It will fall out of the mug
 
Plz post back along with any ideas.

I thougth about adding onion or garlic powder to enhance the flavor but I tend to like things bland

I MIGHT add SLIGHTLY less egg next time

If you are not worried about calories, a tbls of butter or oil of choice would be a great addition but NOT NEEDED
 
I have those ingredients in my pantry so I'll try this recipe tomorrow. Will be a nice addition to some lean beef burgers!!

very nice add cinnamon and splenda for cinnamon bread and if you dont mind a few carb you can add cranberries or raisin, but they do add sugary carbs, but still better off then regular bread.

tried this the other day and loved it,

protein flavor: vanilla

Cook time was 2:10 i believe... btw, this is the recipe calculator that I made if anyone is interested just let me know. it will convert from tps all the way to gal and oz to lbs... and then calculate all macros and then break down to per svg based on your desire.
