Good day today, felt powerful on all my lifts and found a few veins I hadn't spotted before so it was a great day overall, getting closer and more nervous about my bulk, don't wanna lose my abs haha

haha yeah, I'm going for overall reps on the pull-ups, last training cycle was 30 reps this training cycle is 40 and next cycle will be 50... I think after that I'll start to add weight on them...I was not expecting to bust out 18 reps, definitely surprised myself there

Felt tired this morning and the singles on deads felt light but they really wore me out so the rest of the session was kinda meh, aw well tomorrow is cardio/abs so I'll get to rest up and hit the rest of the week hard

I hate it, but im starting to hate it a whole lot less with the changes I've seen since adding it in twice a week, I'm going to try to continue being consistent with it during my bulk

I just get so bored doing cardio... I've though about doing barbell/dumbbell complexes for cardio but I don't want it to effect my lifting

Even when I do it I only do like 12 minutes of either sprints or high resistance intervals on the elliptical. Kill it hard and fast, can't get bored in 12 min.
 
Yeah i use a jump rope for hiit but with the stubborn fatloss protocol you follow 10 min hiit with 20-40 min liss cardio... That's the boring part, so I usually just bounce between machines, 10 minutes then move to the next one
 
Strong arse Sumo's! Nice! Cardio Sucks!! My suggestion is to hit the heavy bag or speed bag at your gym. Gives you a "target" and goal. You will be amazed how high the HR goes up to!

I wish we had a heavy bag... When I still lived with my parents I had a BA home gym set up, power rack, competition bench, adjustable bench, db's up to 80 lbs, heavy bag, speed bag, and one of the loudest home stereos I've ever heard haha. But as soon as I moved out my space in the garage became storage -_-
Can't wait to get out of my apartment and have somewhere to put all that stuff again

Today was nuts in the gym hit a pr on every single lift, I think that's because my diet was complete crap yesterday though... Three donuts, three kolaches, a pint of talenti caramel cookie crunch, and several graham crackers... Tons of carbs... I didn't even put it in mfp, I don't want to know how high my carbs were... One days no big deal though back to eating my chicken today

Today was alright, short on time but I pushed harddd on the two lifts I did, the next couple weeks are going to be a little different than usual for me, I'm going to be doing cluster sets and supersets which I've never really messed with so I'll see how that goes the next 3 weeks and then decide if I'll continue to use them in the future

But last night I was up late so I couldn't force myself to get up at 330 especially since I ran out of stims I'll be getting some on the way home from work though
 
Ohh , well for the current osta cycle I will not be doing a pct right when I finish, I'll be bridging into a ph cycle but after my first cycle which was 25 mg for 8 weeks I kept all my gains, immediately after my cycle my strength stopped progressing but after 3 weeks it started moving up again

I just placed my oh order today, derma trest, trest, and 2 bottles of dmz, then 2 bottles of arimicare pro... I'll run the trest for 8 weeks and the dmz for 6... I'm thinking I'll end up at 125mg of trest and 60mg of dmz around the 4th week of my cycle then continue that to the end... And since this might be my first and last cycle I'm going to try and gain as much as I can... Goodbye abs haha

I'm not sure that you understand how this works. This isn't a train you hop on for one quick leg, then get off and everything is back the way it was. As soon as you start putting exogenous hormones into your body, your body is going to start shutting down your natty production. And when you come off, when you get things fired back up after PCT they will NEVER be the same again. Test levels might be half what they were before, and they'll only progressively decline.

There were guys who ran a single bottle of sdrol for 4wks when they were 20, and 6 months after their test levels were sub 350 and they were having erectile dysfunction issues. Cycling steroids is done both to keep the body sensitive to the blasts and to keep the strain on the organs a bit better managed, but it ultimately creates a permanent reliance on them. That's why by their 30s most guys are already blast/cruise - they never come off, they just lower their test to natty-near natty levels and drop everything else for periods to let things recover some. But their natural test production after pct is a joke. Guys will come fully off to try to have children sometimes, or if their health becomes dire, but it's not uncommon for someone's first cycle to be their only one...generally lasting about 45 years lol

Don't do this if you don't want to keep using. Seriously. This is a commitment to keep coming back. Stay away from hormones AND sarms if you don't want that life for yourself.

Lol I'm not speaking of addiction per se here (although being on cycle can feel awesome and you def miss when you're off), rather a destruction of natty test production as he knows it now. One good cycle can forever impact this, sometimes to an alarming degree. Being 700 one day and 360 3 months later can be a big shock. Or it could be 600 next time. Never can tell, but it always tends to go down each cycle.
 
I am playing on doing an ostrine cycle at 20mg with a test booster for around 6 weeks haven't really decided yet. But the only think I am worried about it making my already existing gyno worse, right now it manageable meaning that it is small enough that you do not really notice it with my shirt off. Was thinking like 6weeks at 20mg then two at 10mg then a clomid/aromosin 2 week mini pct.

nah you won't make gyno worse. And if you are worried run the arimistane at like 50-75mg along side it. The gyno irritation shouldn't be a thing on osta
 
Some point down the road I'll be on trt and I was only saying it'll be the last cause of the ban... Although I've already gotten new sources so I guess I lied about it being the last :)

don't drop the dose, dropping the dose is just a waste of time and money, you'll just prolong being shutdown and won't see any gains during that time

Good day in the gym... I love me some heavy singles... Especially when they feel super light, I paused all of them on my chest, I've never done that before but it didn't seem to make me any weaker
 
I noticed the same thing on pause presses. Unless it's higher reps, I don't noticed a decline in strength.

Depends on how long you pause - a routine maybe 1 sec pause won't make a big difference except at truly maximal loading. I pretty much pause everything under 8 reps. After that it gets to be too tedious, and the effort of that rep range really needs to be capitalizing muscle tension anyway so pausing becomes counter-productive I feel at that point.
