Shoulders/tris today

Got a solid 6 hours last night, so I was pretty good to go this morning. Again, Volatile really woke me up and got me PUMPED!

I strained the right side of my neck doing my seated presses this morning and I almost decided to crap out on the rest of the workoutm but I powered through and even had some nice gains after that. Can't turn my head now, but whatever! lol


Seated OHP: barx10-10, 60x6, 85x6-6, 140x6-5(this is where I pulled the muscle)-4-0
Upright row: 85x8, 130x6-6-6-6 (+3 reps), supersetted the first 3 sets with shrugs 12-12-12
Side and front raises (raise to side then to the front): 15x10, 25x10-8-8 (+5 lbs)
Dips: BWx8, 40x8-7-6 dropset no rest BWx6 (+5lbs on working sets)
Overhead tri extension: 50+barx8-6-4-4 (+2 reps)

Finished with ~25 mins low intensity cardio on stationary bike

So my wife and I are doing a big renewal ceremony and reception today and I just picked up my tux. Since they measured me 2 months ago my waist stayed exactly the same but I needed the jacket and vest 1 1/2 sizes larger to fit my shoulders and chest and the jacket was a little loose around my stomach. Luckily they had the bigger size on hand.

If I had the time , I would log, but every time I hit a stable week of workouts the next week I am at some hotel that does not have a good gym altogether and I get screwed. OECA B has been awesome for me, and Marms the shaker bottle has done 13k Airmiles on Delta and US Airways.

I was thinking of taking pics at all the airports I had been traveling with the bottle haha! CLT, ORD,EWR,PHL, DCA, DTW, MEM and good old DFW

But seriously those who bail are cretins!

Nice progress today too. Really enjoying the Lecheek stack, and volatile really keeps me going. I'm wondering if its the beta-alanine that I was really missing out on with other pwo's I've tried. I'm pretty sure this is the first one I've had with that in it and I've seen the data on it, it's a great ingredient.

Legs/lower back

Squat BWx10, Barx8, 125x8, 175x8 (+5lbs), 230x5 (+5lbs), 235x5-5 (+5lbs), 250x5-5 (+5lbs), 295x1 (+5lbs)
Lying leg curls 25x8-8, 50x8 (w/u), 110x8-7-5-4

Finished off with a few minutes on stationary bike and 3 sets of 25 air squats

So far I'm really liking everything. The AD-3 and testoX9 are leaning and drying me out, the massHGH is really helping me get quality sleep and the volatile is really coming through for me to a degree I didn't expect from a non dmaa pwo.

I try! I'm seriously pleased with this stack. Any time you try out some new stuff, you have to expect something might be a dud, but all four products are really delivering for me here!
 
Good workout this morning, sweating like a pig by the time I finished! Still making steady gains. Calves are absolutely KILLING me from my leg day on tuesday, I've got DOMS like a mother. Stretched them out a bit and it got a little better, but damn!


Back/abs this morning:

call me crazy i have been sweating more too.. so odd, on no stims or fat burners only taking GF-T21 and GF-AMA. maybe the gyms have their climate controls messed up this time of year?

Lol, maybe, but I work out at home. My house was 67 degrees this morning, and probably 4-5 degrees cooler in the basement where I do my thing.
 
lol would t-boosters in general raise body temp? oh wells :)

I think it might more likely be the increase in intensity created by the test boosters. Better focus and energy = better muscle contration = more calories used = more heat expenditure

There's my amature science for the day. =P

Calves are still KILLING me today, I can hardly walk. I've been stretching them fu*kers a lot and they're loosening up, but damn they're tender! I know, I'm a whiny b*tch and should tough it up. lol =)

Nice workout & I hate when my calves cramp up in the middle of the night when your sleeping.Ever have that happen?

that used to happen to me all the time in my early teens. I'd wake up screaming it hurt so bad, I'll never forget it. This, at least, calms down at night and doesn't keep me up. The worst part about it is that the more I walk around, the better it gets. But I have a desk job, so every time i sit down the muscle shortens again and I have to stretch it out all over again.
 
nothing like having to jump out of bed and step down on you leg liek ASAP to get the cramp to go away. The worst though is it feeling sore for a day or two after that

Even worse when your shoulder hurts for 2 days from your wife punching you for waking her up while screaming CRAMP in the middle of the night.

hahaha. my wife would just tell me to sream in a pillow or go downstairs. When I mentioned my calf cramps to her she said "Well then quit working out for a while! I don't know what to tell you! Hahaha"

Oh I forgot to mention my weigh in. 186.5 today. I've been hitting the dillpickledrol pretty hard so there's a lot of water there. Lol
 
Didn't get a great night's sleep last night. I think I had too much caffeine too late into the night. I had to take a bunch of melatonin in addition to my reg dose of massHGH to get to sleep. Oh well, still had a decent workout this morning, but now I feel totally wrecked lol

Much better night's sleep last night, feeling pretty decent this morning. Got up at 415, pounded some cold black coffee, mixed up my Volatile with 5g of bcaa and chugged that. Then another 5g bcaa in the bottle with water and down to business.

Learned my lesson on those calf raises last week. Went a little lower on reps and slowed it down a bit, then I stretched the hell out of them after. Hopefully I won't be crippled for 3 days like I was last week, that sucked balls. Liking my steady gains on squats, it's an area I really stuggled with for a long time, and now after a ton of experimenting with form, etc I've found something that's definitely working for me.
 
HAHAH I got legs today and was thinking what am I going to do for calves thats too funny.

They're easy to ignore unfortunately. Now I'm paying the price, i really need to bring them up to speed with the rest of my legs, it's starting to look funny. lol
